I made it to my last class in a rush and took a seat in the middle where I usually sat. I looked around for Marcel and saw he wasn't in the front row where he usually was. I looked behind me and saw him looking through his textbook. Too intently. Almost like he wasn't even paying attention. He looked at me briefly before looking back down to his textbook. Why can't he just talk to me?!

As the lesson was drawing to an end Mrs Kensington was getting curious. And so was I "Mr Styles! Are you paying attention?" Mrs Kensington snapped.

"Yes I am" He answered, not looking up from his textbook. I'm wondering if it even is a textbook he's reading.

"If so. What did I just say. My exact words." Mrs Kensington asked smirking to herself.

He closed his 'Textbook' and looked right at her "American colonies decided that the government of King George III of England was taxing the colonies unfairly and without proper representation" He paused then continued "The colonies had written and signed the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, yet the colonies were not officially Independent until Cornwallis surrendered at Yorktown on October 19, 1781"

Everyone was speechless. I was speechless. I can't even believe he memorised everything she just said. Every word. Every sentence.

"Well then..." Mrs Kensington said beet red. I looked back at Marcel. He was back to reading but he had a smirk upon his face. He noticed me staring and looked at up at me giving me a wink. I turned back around towards the teacher and blushed.

Since when did Marcel Styles start making me blush?
