"Y-you killed him!" Swampfire stammered as he looked down at the dead impaled Terra. "WHY!? He was one of you!!!"
"And he was endangering everything!" said Acqua sternly. "Those who disturb the peace of the world cannot be overlooked. It is a dirty job, but it must be done."
"There's trying to make peace! Then there's just plain dealing out casualties!!" Swampfire growled. "What you just did was plain out murder!!"
"I don't expect you to understand war." said Acqua. "You call yourself a hero, yet you have never seen what real sacrifice is like."
"You're wrong!" Mikoto called out from where the spell was still restraining her. "Ben's experienced pain! Pain that no person should ever have to go through, you don't understand him at all!!"
"She's right." said Touma, clenching his right fist. "Sure, he may not have been in a war, but he's had more hardships then either of us, you don't have the right to think you even slightly understand what he feels!!"
Swampfire engulfed his hands in flames. "Acqua, I know you think that me and Touma are the causes of the War! But killing us won't help ANYTHING!"
"Tennyson, I remember telling you that I would give you a choice." said Acqua. "Whether to give up the Omnitrix willingly.. or to die.."
"I can't do that.." Swampfire said.
"And why not?" said Acqua curiously. "You speak as if you have no choice.."
"I AM the Omnitrix." said Swampfire. "Terra knows.. or.. knew.. I'm just some petty experiment of Aleister's born from Azmuth's invention.. an accident that took a life of it's own.. you want to kill me Acqua.. go ahead and try.. but leave my friends OUT of this!"
Acqua wrenched his giant lance out of Terra's body and pointed it at Swampfire. "Very well."
Swampfire yelled and charged Acqua, sending a powerful fire blast at him, but Terra swept the flames aside with his lance like they were nothing. The giant weapon which was as long as a normal sized Humungousaur was tall.

Swampfire and Touma both were sent flying off their feet from the mere residual wind that resulted from Acqua's power.
Acqua lunged forward and sent the giant mace-like end of the lance hurling into Swampfire's gut.
There was a booming shockwave, and Swampfire choked out chlorophyl from his mouth as he exploded through the wall of the building.. before flying a hundred more meters, through another building... then another building..
"BOOOM BOOOM BOOOMM!!" Swampfire exploded and smashed against the street, bouncing through it, and tearing apart the road, before exploding into several more buildings, which all collapsed upon his impact.
Swampfire groaned.. dragging himself out of the crater he had created with his body. This guy was frighteningly tough... no.. not just tough.. tougher then tough... stronger... even than Vilgax!!!
