Donnie had just finished making the vaccine when Mikey began to wake up. He moaned and rolled over onto his side. Donnie filled the syringe with the pinkish orange liquid and walked over to Mikey slowly.
"Mikey," Donnie murmured, trying to roll him back into his back.
"Mm," Mikey murmured in return.
"I have the antidote but I need you to sit up."
Mikey slowly opened an eye. As his vision became clearer he saw Donnie holding what he assumed was the antidote. And a needle.
He quickly closed his eyes again. "Why a needle?"
Donnie looked at the needle. "It was the best way I can get it into your bloostream."
Mikey slowly looked up at him sadly. Donnie sighed.. "Come on. It'll just hurt for a bit."
Mikey slowly sat up- with Donnie's help, of course- and closed his eyes tightly as the needle came in contact with his shoulder. He whimpered in pain as that antidote was released into his bloodstream.
After a while Mikey fell against Donnie, asleep. Donnie grunted under the weight and pushed Mikey back into a sitting position. Mikey groaned and lifted his head again.
"Donnie my arm is sore," he moaned.
"Yeah. It might for a while. Go ahead and lay down again. You need to sleep."
Mikey complied in silence, laying down on his side. Donnie kissed Mikey's cheek softly. "Get better soon, little bro."

Hello! I'm kind of at a loss for what to with this because I feel like if I keep going, I won't be able to stop. So, should I keep going after this part or should I just leave it at this? Also, say if the antidote should make Mikey get better or if he gets worse, if you said that I should continue.
