-Dipper-

When I got back to the shack I went straight upstairs and took a shower.

I stood there thinking as the warm water rolled off my skin.

She leaned in. Was she going to kiss me? She didn't pull away last night. Does she like me?

Snap out of it Dipper. The book.

I got out and wrapped the towel around my waist, I brushed my hair and teeth. When I was done I walked into my room and got dressed in some sweats.

I then sat in my bed and pulled up the picture of the book.

"Okay Dipper. What is it? Another language? A code?" I said as I grabbed a pen and paper. I scribbled down my notes and chewed my pen when I didn't find anything.

"Come on Dipper." I told myself. I ran my hand through my hair and looked at the time. I decided it was time to go to bed, so I put everything away and turned off the light. I closed my eyes and drifted to sleep.

**************

I woke up to Mabel calling my name.

"DIPPER GET DOWN HERE!" I rolled my eyes but got up. When I reached the final stair, a smile spread across my face. I saw two men, both wearing glasses, wearing the same thing except one had a green sweater and the other a red.

"Who's this manly man?" One said with a raspy voice.

"Grunkle Stan. Grunkle Ford." I said. They nodded and I run up to them and hugged them. They returned the gesture and noticed I was a lot taller then them.

Wow. They're not that tall.

We ate breakfast together and cought up. Apparently Grunkle Stan and Grunkle Ford have been sailing or staying in a run down motel for the past 4 years, but when they heard we were here they came as fast as they can.

Sadly they would only be staying for a couple days because they needed to explore something about a triangle in the sea. I didn't hear all of it because Wendy walked in at that moment.

"Hey guys." She said waving at us. Our eyes locked but she quickly looked away. I noticed a blush come across her face. It took me a moment, but then I realized I had no shirt on. I turned red.

"Um... Excuse me for a sec." I said not meeting anyone's stares. I run upstairs and put on a tank top. As I was walking down the hall I noticed Wendy go to the roof. I looked downstairs to see everyone laughing and talking so I decided to follow her.

When I got up, I smiled. The light breeze making the trees sway. The sound of the birds singing. The faint glow of the sun behind us caused shadows to appear on the ground. It was peaceful.

I turned to my left to see Wendy sitting down on the edge with her feet dangling off the side.

"Beautiful isn't it?" Wendy asks as I sat next to her.

"Yeah. It is." I said looking at her, my stare lingered and she looked a me. I felt my fave turn red as I quickly looked ahead. There was silence, the only noise was the wind and trees dancing together.

"Wendy?" I asked, looking down at the ground that was far below us.

Just tell her how you feel.
