Blackstar x Reader Big ask/ First kiss

Your P.O.V.

         Me and Blackstar were sparing like usual and it was intense. Lately he had been acting strange though. It was like he didn't want to get to close to me. He would attack and bounce back using speed star. This wasn't only in sparing though. At school he would keep his distance too. He had switched from my side to the other side of Tsbuski. I thought he was starting to have feelings for his weapon partner. And for some reason that hurt a little like a stinging in my chest. But you the GREAT (Y/N) never get jealous so it couldn't be that.

I was about to hit Blackstar with my soul wavelength but he jumped back falling in the process. Because of the momentum I fall forward straight onto him. When I did our lips connected. I jump back blushing like mad. I see Blackstar blush light pink and about to say something. Before he could I took off running.

~Time SKip to a couple days later~

If Blackstar wasn't avoiding me before it was like the plague now. If he sees me he would go the opposite direction. I know it was embarrassing to kiss like that but did he have to go so far to avoid me. It hurt so bad I must admit I miss him. If I am being honest I am in love with him. He matches me completely. I am in last class getting ready to go home when my phone went off. I look down and read.

HEY (Y/N) MEET ME AT THE PARK!!! 

        I have a sad smile. He probably is gonna stop being my friend now. I feel pain in my chest at that thought. I don't reply. I go to the park only to see Blackstar sitting on a swing wringing his hands. I walk up and sit down on the swing next to him. Without looking up Blackstar started talking to me without yelling I might add. "(Y/N) have you ever had someone really close to you. I mean like best friends but you started liking them more than that?" I feel myself about to cry but held it back. HE just wanted to talk about HER!!!! "Yes......." He seemed to get a slight scowl like he didn't like my answer. "You know if you like Tsbuski you should really be talking to her not me." The words slipped out in a sickly sweet tone. He stares at me wide eyed. "WHAT?! THE GREAT BLACKSTAR DOES NOT LIKE HIS WEAPON PARTNER HE LOVES HIS GODDESS (Y/N)!!!!" He stopped there and his face got horribly red. I was still trying to process what he just said.

      He loves me. HE LOVES ME!!! He was about to leave taking my silence at his love confession outburst as me  not returning his feelings. I grabbed him and hugged him whispering, "I love you too Blackstar." With that he picked me up spinning me around screaming, "YAHOOOO." As he brought me down his lips captured mine in a passionate kiss. When we both broke away he said, "That's a much better first kiss."
