Meeting (noun)
An assembly of people for a particular purpose, especially for formal discussion

--------------------------------------------------

Why when you have an important meeting everything goes slower, everything and everyone gets in your way. Well that's happening to me. I have to be there in ten minutes or Miss  Knight is going to be so annoyed. Well Miss Knight is soon going to be Mrs. McGarret. That's why I'm here am an upcoming events planner who has done amazing parties Brittany Spears and the members of One Direction..
Don't get me wrong I love my job, it's just the people on the way to the meetings I don't like, always stepping in front of you, cutting you off whilst driving why can't they just have a nice drive.
Thank god it's only another couple of minutes away, I couldn't stand it any longer being here with all the jerks.

--- 10 minutes later ---

I've finally made it! Thank you. I ran as fast as I could with my heels, also the stuff you do to please your clients. I'm wearing my jeans which give me great looking legs, a black blouse, a burgundy scarf since it's still a little cold outside and also my favourite business shoes, my knee high wine coloured boots, I have also slightly curled my hair to give it some volume.
Running I try to catch the elevator
" Hold it please!"
I reach it just before someone puts their hand between the doors.
"Thank you"
I say looking up and good god he's handsome I can't look away from his eyes. "Which floor?" He asked
"uh... 26th please" I replied once I'd looked at my folder.
"Why you going to the 26th you shouldn't be able to go to that level?" He asked stunned.
"Meeting a client who works here." I replied.
After moments of awkward silence the lift doors opened and he got out, I was now left by myself, I'd better check I have everything I need. Forms, colours themes, sizes, venues yup everything that's needed.

The doors open and I walk up to the reception
"good morning, how may I help?" She seems nice with her short pixie cut hair. She seems to be in her late fourties with slight crows feet and worry lines.
"hi, I'm here to see Claire Knight."
"of course, go down the hall second door on the left."
"thank you so much, have a nice day."
"your welcome you to."
As I reached the door I could hear an elegant voice coming through the door, I knock twice and a beautiful woman answered the door and ushered me in whilst she was on the phone, obviously in the midst of her conversation. She hung up, rubbing her head she then turned and gave me an award winning smile.
'Hi, I'm Claire, you must be Brooke?'
'Yeah, that's me.' I replied with a smile.
'Well it's nice to meet you Brooke, I have a few ideas already but I'd like to see what you've got and if I'd like to add extras or change my mind completely.'
'Of course I'm here to help you get the best wedding if your life, may I see your ideas so I know the rough outline of what your looking for.' I asked.
'Of course.' She walked over to her bag and brung a large folder out, which had parts of fabrics hanging out the sides. She hands it to me.
'Here you go, sorry it's so full been focusing on it with my fiancé.'
'No don't worry it's a good thing you have this, I know what you aiming for. I've had people that don't even know when they are getting married.' I replied honestly.
'Really? That's odd I don't think I could do that.' She replied shocked.
'Yeah there's also ones that are so determined on something they don't even want to think about other opportunities.' I replied whilst flicking trough her folder she wanted a end of summer wedding, with a lace dress and pastel blue bridesmaid dresses. She had it all under control she just had to find a venue that would be suitable for the wedding and the reception.

There's was a knock on the door and Claire said loudly to come in. The sort opened and the guy from. The elevator appeared, he most of recognised me as well as he gave me a surprised yet shocked look. Claire must of noticed as she awkwardly coughed and introduced us.
'Xavier this is Brooke, the wonderful won who is helping me plan my wedding and Brooke this is my big brother Xavier. 'He gave a sharp nod of his head towards me and I did the same.
'Can I talk to you please Claire?' He replied in a deep voice.
Claire looks to me to see if I'll be okay.
'I'll be fine, I'll look at venues. Go and talk to him.' I replied.
She looked happy enough so she left to talk to Xavier.

Clare p.o.v.
'What do you need Xavier?'
'Daniel dropped of roses again.'
'Again I told him many times to stop it.' I replied but I was grateful he does it.
'What was up with you Brooke in there?' I questioned.
'Nothing just met her in the elevator in the way up that's all.' He answered
'Okay as long as that's all I don't want you sleeping with this one. She's to good to get rid of.' I said honestly.
'I'm not going to sleep with her and I can tell she's good cause she's still looking through those magazines and leaflets you left.' He said making me turn around and look at her through the window. Truth was no one had ever done that, as so a s I left the room they were in their phones or lying back in the chair.
'I better go Xavier, I've been talking to you for ten minutes that I should be in their looking a venues.'
'Okay, have fun.' He says as he turns around and starts talking to Susan my receptionist.

Brooke's p.o.v.
Maybe ten minutes after looking through magazines and magazine and leaflets I think I have found the perfect venue for Claire's wedding.
It is a old church which has large open windows so you are getting the natural light in, it wooden beams across the ceiling gives it a natural feel. It will go well with her dress and the bridesmaids dresses. There are two rooms one for the ceremony and on e for the reception. I was just about venture out into the hallways to find Claire when she walks in with a bouquet of deep red roses.
'This is why I love him. He gives me a different coloured roses every week.' She beams happily.
'That's so cute.' I replied ' I think I have found the venture for your wedding!'
She turned so quickly I though she'd get whip lash.
'What? Already? Within ten minutes. Can I see it?' She replied shocked
'Of course you have to see it.' I laughed 'you need to like it for your wedding.'
'Ohh of course sorry.'
I handed here the book with the church and told her everything which just added to the smile she had on her face. I stopped talking an when I did she suddenly jumped up and hugged me.
'It's amazing! How did you you find it so quick?' She asked.
'Many years practice.' I smiled and looked at the time.
' I sorry I have to go my friends here to pick me up.' I said slightly sad she was good company, I collected my bags and folders and checked to make sure I had everything.
'Thank you for finding this place' she said holding the book up. ' it amazing, I would never have thought of this my self. I would you like to come with me when I go and check the place out is that okay?' She asked.
' yeah of course here's my number, just contact me when you'd like to do it.'
I said leaving my him e in a bit of paper which she put in her purse straight away.
'Thank you again, Brooke you've down so much.' She commented whilst giving me a hug.
'No problem it my job.' I replied honestly. I walked to the door open it and turned to wave to Claire, said goodbye to the receptionist and entered the elevator.
