The ride was awkward after Jacob's actions. Even though his hug was weak it was sort of comforting. My mind was confused with what he did. He was not that type of person.

I was sitting on my bed, watching tv and eating leftovers from the other night. I had just taken a bath and decided to get something to eat and all I got was some fast-food in which Jacob constantly bought almost everyday except for breakfast. Jacob put a tv in my room in realisation of how much I loved to watch the tv downstairs. It was the only thing taking my mind off of the situation I was in. Note to self I should probably start cooking more, I mean out of generosity so he could know what a home cooked meal is once again, even though I didn't like him, and I knew for sure I was not leaving here soon anyway so why not.

Eating the last piece of my slice of pizza, I got off my bed and opened my door, going downstairs towards the kitchen. As I washed my plate, I took in the peaceful aura of the house and how no one else lived here besides Jacob and I. I heard footsteps and in came Jacob with a dirty plate and glass cup in his hands while he was occupied on his phone. Every time that I was in the presence of this man my heart completely sank and I would always become nervous. Why shouldn't I? I don't even know him and he has me here against my will.

He put the dirty wares in the sink but not before looking at me as if asking me if I could wash them with an irate look on his face as he continued to listen to the person on the other side. He paced back and forth in the living room and at some points in time he began shouting. I just stood there washing up the remainder of the dishes trying to mind my business and hurry up but he was making it hard.

"Tell that son of a b*tch that I'll be there in a few!" He shouted ending the call and throwing his phone as hard as he could into the couch. He sat there for a few with his head in his hands and as I was finished I heard him call my name. I turned looking directly at him as he stood up coming towards me looking as though he was ready to kill. My chest rose in fear and he stopped right in front of me.

"I have something important to go do and you need to come, what you're wearing is fine but I'm going to change. Stay here."

As he left, I looked myself over. It wasn't too bad but I felt like I still needed to change. I slipped on a pair of boots because it was chilly outside and came back downstairs waiting patiently on him.

"Let's go" he said with fury in his voice as I didn't see or hear him when he came downstairs. The keys jingled in his hand as he walked towards the car with me trailing behind him. We hopped into the car and sat there. "F*ck" he exclaimed as he banged the steering wheel causing me to jump in the process. He eventually started the car driving out of the gates. He was always angry and it always scared me because he could and would do anything to take his anger out, maybe even on me one day.

When we arrived, he parked and quickly got out of the car. The building was some what run down as the paint flaked and the doors were damaged with chipped pieces of wood falling freely from its frame and I realised it was the same one as before. I got out of the car trying to catch up with Jacob as he had already reached the stairs. He stopped and turned around and watched as I walked over to him.

"Hurry up" Jacob retorted seemingly annoyed that I was not moving as fast as he wanted me to. Guards stood on the side lines and he gave each of them a nod before walking into the building. He grabbed my hand pulling me further to the back of the building as men looked my way but as Jacob watched them their eyes averted and they continued doing their 'duty'. We descended down a flight of stairs and ended up in what seemed to be a basement. Jacob opened the first door on his right and allowed me to walk in first.
