Sophie's POV
Third Person
She awoke to the buzzing of her alarm clock, and instead of getting up right away feeling excited for the day with her friends, she moaned and sighed as she remembered it was the first day of school and the end of break.
"Come on Soph it's time to get up." Brady said walking in as he turned off her alarm. "You wouldn't want to be late on your first day back now would you?" Break was awesome. She hung out with her friends everyday. Nobody fought, everyone was happy, and believe it or not Fitz and Dex actually were getting along and looked like friends. She just hoped that wouldn't change in school. As Grady left Sophie got up to pick out what she would wear. Over the break she went shopping and hadn't worn all her new clothes yet, so she decided to wear them today. She was so happy they decided to let go of the dress code this year so everyone could dress freely. This means she wouldn't have to wear those ugly capes for the rest of the year. She wore black skinny jeans with a grey sweater that had a black heart on it, then wore grey sneakers and a beanie because it was pretty chilly outside and stuck some sunglasses in her backpack.

She walked down stairs to eat breakfast before she left. She, Grady, and Edaline ate silently. "Have fun today Sophie!" Said Grady being the first one to say anything. "Thanks" Sophie replied as she got up to walk to the pathfinder to go to school. "See you later" she said as she vanished into the light.
