Truth is, the WWE planned Seth's betrayal a month before it happened. WWE planned to break up the Shield when the "Shield Summit" happened, but they knew that they were gonna go big, so they didn't break them up.
When the Shield did break up, they were all pretty devastated about it. Except for Seth.
Yeah sure, I mean Seth and Ambrose were best friends and all, but Seth wanted to do bigger and better things in the WWE so he could make it big.
Dean was very upset. He wanted to move on to bigger and better things, too, but he knew that now that Seth was the new "face of the WWE", he wouldn't be in that "bigger and better things" spot for a while.
Ambrose was also upset, because Seth and Dean have always wrestled with each other, against each other, you name it! But this separation would be new for him after almost three years with the Shield.
I can't blame him..
