Chapter 7

Beth POV: 

"It's.. you!" We both sputtered at the same time. 

"Wait.. why are you so surprised?" He questioned, still looking a bit dazed.

"I don't know, why are you?? I'm just some duck off the Youtubes, you're THE stampylongnose, and I didn't even know it!!" I retorted back, trying not to blush at his comment.

 He chuckled, rubbing the back of his neck and looking away. "Well it may sound stupid now, but I found you very attractive when I met you, so the impression stuck with me."

I was dumbfounded and at loss for words. "You can't be serious!" I felt a huge smile spread across my face, and I was secretly embarrassed with myself for letting it.

"I am dead serious." He looked at me then, his captivating green eyes penetrating mine. He somewhat blushed and let out a nervous laugh.

"Honestly, when I first saw you, I couldn't get you out of my head either. I felt like I knew you from somewhere. I thought you were pretty cute." I said, my cheeks flushing a bright red now.

"But, I stopped myself, I do have a boyfriend." I quickly added, trying not to let on that I still had a bit of an attraction to him.

He cleared his throat. "Well, this awkward." He let out a nervous laugh, breaking the awkward tension.

"No no it is ok! Don't sweat it!" I said in a rush.

"So, ducky, when are you planning your visit?" He hurriedly changed the subject.

I was grateful, I jumped on board with that. "I don't suppose tomorrow would be a problem?"

"No! not at all! I guess we live close, seeing as we ran into each other in Costco. Would you mind giving me a place to come to pick you up or?" He questioned.

"There's a few small shops nearby my apartment. There is a little café in the middle of them named creme. Would that do?" I suggested.

His green eyes lit up with recognition. "I know where you're talking about! Me, Amy, and Squid frequently go there together." 

"It sounds great! I am really excited I am going to meet one of my favorite youtubers!" I squealed. "So do Squid and Amy live nearby?"

"Squid and I actually share an apartment. Amy lives on the other side of town, but we have been trying to get her to move in with us." He shifted in his chair, adjusting his mic a bit.

"I'm so excited!!" I squeal, plastering a huge grin across my face.

"I know! I am pretty excited too if I say so myself!" He replied, laughing.

I glanced at the clock and realized it was 2:00 in the morning!
