After a week had passed, Bella had been walking back from school to home. She got really worried about Adela and she didn't know why. Adela had been avoiding her quite a lot lately since prom. She really hated not being with one of her friends.

Sighing lightly, Bella stopped by the flower shop and opened the door seeing some flowers missing. More than normal. Bella puts her bag down and looks around carefully, hoping not to see anyone particular in the shoppe.

She heard a whoosh behind her, and she stopped and looked back, her heart beating in her chest. Bella felt uneasy and she looks around once more. Another whoosh was heard behind her, and a vase broke. Bella freaked out a bit and backed up into the wall and frantically looks around.

"I know you're there, come out now!" What was that, Bella?! She was screaming in her head so loud it caused her to have a headache.

A chuckle was heard in front of her as he rushed to her while ending up in front of Bella. Bella gasps quietly seeing him in front of her. He had shaggy black-brown hair with bright golden eyes and he was well-built, he was wearing a black wife-beater with black pants and boots. Bella takes a deep breath and looks at him.

"Why are you alone?" He asks her. Bella stays still, standing her ground. "Hmm...? What is a cute girl like you alone in a place like this?"

"..." Bella stayed quiet, she didn't want to say anything to him. But she sees him leaning towards her closely.

"You will tell me why you are here or I will eat you."

Bella bit her lip, knowing he was compelling her but she still kept her mouth shut. The necklace protected her from being compelled. The man growled as his face began to change, Bella knew he was vamping out. He was getting irritated.

"You asked for it!" shouts the vampire going to bite her neck but before he could do it, he was thrown back by Lea who showed up in the nick of time. "What?!"

"Lea..." murmured the young girl with a small smile. Lea stays tense wondering what he should do.

The vampire clearly hisses at him and then Ki quickly shows up shoves another vampire from sneaking up from being behind Bella. She quickly looks back seeing Ki's back in front of her, gasping quietly when the vampire straightens himself up and hisses at all of them.

"Ki, Lea -" she looks at both of them once more. "- how did you find me and know I was in trouble?" questioned the young girl.

Before one of them could respond to her, the head vampire growls at her and ready to pounce once more. Bella felt really uneasy and stayed close to both of her friends. She couldn't stand being attacked by these vampires, Lea and Ki she can handle but these two... shaking her head, she looks at Ki.

"Ki, Lea, what do we do?" She whispers to them. They both look at her wondering what they should do. "You know I don't want to die..."

Ki stares at her once more his face still vamped out, when he stares at the vampire in front of her, he snuck a hand around her waist and quickly rushed out. Lea right behind them. The vampires quickly following them to wherever Ki was leading them. The next the thing she knew, she saw one of their heads on the ground in front of her.

"What the hell?" questioned the young girl, as Ki and Lea stopped looking back and then saw the leaders heart ripped out. She looks up seeing Axel standing there holding the heart in his hand. "Is that..."

Ki nods holding her close, and Lea stands close to her. "What's up, Axel." Lea states to him.

"Just keeping his toy safe, can't have people like that trying to attack and kill her do we?"

"I'm not his toy!" Bella remarked to him angrily with a glare painted on his face. "Why won't you guys just leave alone!"

"Cant do that sweetheart, you mean so much to Roxas, and besides..." Axel began and smirks her way. "What are you gonna tell her?"

Ki and Lea heard footsteps walking towards them. Bella looks at them, and then follows their gaze seeing Adela walking towards them.

"You have to tell her about everything, especially about vampires." Axel continues touching her shoulder. "You can't lie too her this time, she can't be compelled. She's on vervain."

Bella's eyes widen, her stomach churned and her heart wrenched out of her body. What could she say now? Axel smirks and looks at Bella.

"What do you wanna do now, princess?"

Ven was drinking his bourbon ignoring everything around him. He heard someone behind him and he quickly rushed over them grabbing their throat.

"Well, well, nice to see you too, buddy." He heard a female chuckle at him. He looks at her seeing pitch black hair and bright blue eyes, olive skin and wearing punk clothes. Ven grins her way. "Nice to see you again, Venny."

Ven watches her dust herself off and looks at him. "I know, don't sneak up on a vampire, but it's so easy with you."

He chuckles and tosses her a cup with bourbon in it as she drank it. "What's been going on?"

"Cant have small talk right now, as much as I want too. I have some interesting news to share with you." This peaked his interest as he looks at her. "But I don't know how you'll take it."

"What's that..."

"You know how you asked me to look for Bella's friend that mysteriously died a few years ago?" Ven nods at her. "She's alive"
