Over the course of a couple of weeks, Bella stayed out of school, lying to them about having the stomach flu, she wanted to avoid seeing Adela. After seeing Namine, Bella felt she was forced to make a choice to either going with Roxas and just do what he wants, or just turn into a vampire by Ven and high tail and run.

Bella was cooking herself something to eat, something simple, fried rice with curry. When she was done, she served it to herself and began eating in the kitchen. She began thinking about her choices. Should she become a vampire? While chewing her food, she looks outside seeing the sun shining on the grass and trees. Would she miss the warmth of the sun? Well, she knows that Ven and Lea walk in the sun with rings on their fingers.

Before she could continue thinking, she heard Ven walking in and touching her hand gently, she looks at him and saw a necklace in her face. She blinks seeing a lapis lazuli in front of her. Bella touches it and grabs it from his hand and he smiles.

"We found a witch who spelled this for you, for you when you're ready." Ven told her. Bella nods finishing eating her food while putting it in the sink. "Are you?"

Bella sighs closing her eyes, "I guess I am. Are you gonna be there to help me?" Ven nods touching her face and pecks her lips. "Alright, feed me your blood, and let's do this."

Ven laughs and nods, as they walk off to find somewhere to be in secret.

"Where has Bella been these last two weeks?" Adela asks everyone at the lunch table. Everyone shrugs and mutters.

"No one has talked to her at all?" Meera asks everyone quietly and they nod. "Why not?"

"Every time we call, it goes straight to voicemail." Olette spoke to her with a sad look on her face. "I wish we could figure out what we can do."

"Let's go visit her, maybe she'll love the surprise." Kalia smiles.

Bella gasps awake looking around. She felt a little different, not much. The necklace was around her neck, and she smelt the blood from the bag. She felt her face burn as the veins rush up to her face, she moaned in pain feeling the fangs protruding in her mouth. She cries in pain and she feels Ven touch her shoulder and Bella looks up at him with tears falling from her eyes. Bella saw the blood bag in his hand and she took it and quickly gulped down the metallic taste of blood.

When she was done, the veins disappeared from her face and the go back into mouth and she looked at Ven. She felt she was in complete control of who she was. Ven smiles at her touching her face, it felt like a million lightning strikes shot across her body, her eyes closed feeling the touch.

"How do you feel, Bells?" questioned Ki, looking at her.

She looks up at him, Bella smiles. "I don't feel any different but everything feels... heightened... My powers feel like near complete... If I use them, I feel... like I might lose control..." Bella said looking at her hands. "What about vervain? Sora has it and he wants to meet me again soon..." She looks at everyone once more.

"Well... You're a newbie, and a year after turning, touching vervain won't burn you like it does with us." Lea explained to Bella walking up to her with Ki in tow. "Just don't try to eat him, hunger amplifies with Hunters..."

"Vampire Hunters?" questioned Bella looking at all of them. "Until just a few weeks ago, I didn't know they existed... Why now? What made them pop up?"

"Because of Roxas, he's been sending his followers to eat innocent people," Ki explained sadly with a sigh. "If we don't stop him, the Hunters will continue their purge and you've turned into one of us for nothing."

They all heard a knock at the door, they all looked at one another and they walk upstairs as Bella cleans her mouth from the blood as she heard voices from the top and she gasps. Her friends were here. Bella couldn't have Adela tell everyone about her! She rushes upstairs with her newfound speed and stops when she tripped and fell on the floor.

"Ow..." Bella groans in pain rolling over. She looks over seeing her friends with a big smile on her face. "Hey guys, I just got better this morning, and I was gonna go to school in the morning tomorrow." Bella lied, but she kept her smile. But her friends still believed her. They smile as Ven helps her up.

"That's good that you're feeling good." Kalia told her with a smile. "We just never got the chance to see how you were actually feeling." She continues speaking to her friend. "We're sorry that we didn't come by sooner."

"That's okay." Bella smiles. "I didn't expect you to catch the stomach flu." She laughs a bit trying to make a joke. They giggle at it, seeing her happy.

"What have you been doing since you've been better, Bells?" Alex asks with her arms crossed. Her midnight colored hair caressing her shoulders gently as her violet eyes stare at Bella.

"Just been catching up on school work, I know I missed quite a bit of assignments and I didn't want to fall behind." Bella told her casually. She was really hoping that they didn't know about vampires and everything that Adela knew. It scared her. "How has school been?"

"The same." Pence said with a laugh. "Rachel has been looking everywhere for you for god knows what. I think she was muttering about Ven."

"Oh, she definitely was." Hayner sighs almost irritably. "She always goes off in a tangent in class when we're working on papers for our senior year."

"Oh yeah..." Bella whispers under her breath. "I forgot - senior projects are due soon..." She looks at them. "I haven't thought about what I was gonna do yet."

"I got music." Kalia responds to her with a small smile. "Do something you think will interest the teachers."

"Hmm..." Bella began to think. "I should be able to think of something soon." Bella grins.

"Alright, we see that you're better. I guess we'll-" Olette starts but Adela interrupts her.

"Stop everyone," Everyone turns to Adela with a confused look. "Bella has been keeping a secret from all of us. Allow me to tell you what it is."

Kiki was standing in the clearing watching over the town she grew up in almost six hundred years ago. She couldn't help but feel nostalgic about being here. Kiki got the text from Bella saying she turned into a vampire, Kiki began to feel worried about her young doppelgänger because of Roxas. She knew what he was capable of.

She knew because he did the same to her when she was human and then turned vampire. Ever since then, she has been trying to get Ven to love her, but she saw the love in his eyes when he looked at Bella. Kiki knew he wouldn't love her any more than he would Bella.

So who could love her like Ven does Bella?

Kiki sighs and begins to speak. "I hope you know what you're doing, my doppelgänger..."

Snow and Serah looked at one another after looking at the text Bella sent them. She turned into one of them, now it was time to keep it secret from Serah's sister; Lightning. She only hunted vampires because of her job. What job they both didn't know.

"Should we...?" Serah began to speak and Snow nods as they both walk out of the house and too Bella's place.

Bella looked at her friends as they left quite angry. Her breath seemed to stick at her throat and she couldn't breathe. Her heart began to break as her stomach sank as well. After Adela left last, Bella saw Snow and Serah. Bella begins tearing up and she jumps into Serah's arms and sobbed into them. Serah blinks confused, wondering what happened.

"We have bad news..." Ki started sadly looking at Bella as she continues sobbing into Serah's shoulder.

Snow and Serah's stomach never sank so quick.
