Kelly was tired, she could remember every word that was spoken from that kid's mouth, seven billion dollars. Unmarked bills. Bagels. She might have dreamed that last part, she couldn't remember. All she knew is that she didn't have enough money to pay him back. Not yet anyway. She was still groggy because she had only woke up ten minutes ago. Her hair was in knots, and she had weird, white gunk all over her teeth. She needed to get ready for work, but she didn't feel like doing anything right now. Kelly slumped onto her couch, turned on her television and picked up the magazine sitting in the middle of the table and grabbed some breakfast biscuits off the kitchen counter. She opened the magazine and started reading...

Different POV

When I get that money from that dumb girl, I'll be so rich I'll be able to buy anything I want, maybe I'll even get a car that can transform into a boat too. Whoosh goes my car. That'd be pretty cool actually. I'm going to do that. I'm going to have an amazing life when that happens. My job at the bank is so boring, maybe I'll bribe myself back into college and get on the state bar, or maybe I'll try and be a surgeon, or a lifeguard...hmm choices...Oh I'll figure it out later.

Back to normal POV

Kelly was just about to step inside her office when She got a call on her company phone. She hadn't got a call on it before this so she was very nervous, she at first thought it was the fire alarm and she screamed. Roni had to explain that it was just her phone. A deep, echoing voice blasted in her ear.

"So...Kelly is it? Don't talk. Just listen. My people are watching your every move. We like what we see. We want you to join our organisation. Meet me in the cafeteria at noon. don't bring anyone else with you." The person hung up.
Kelly looked at her watch. 11:56, she had four minutes to get down there. It was a nine minute trip.

Kelly burst out her office door, and ran straight into Alex.
"HEY WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GO- Oh Kelly, it's you, where are you going in such a hurry?" Alex asked in a soft voice.
"Lunch." Kelly tried to push past her, but Alex held her back, saying:
"I'll come with you then, it's not very nice to let you eat all by yourself, I was just coming to ask you something anyway, so we can talk there." Alex smiled a sweet smile, Kelly didn't want to let her down. This stranger could wait.
"Ok then, let's eat."
