Chapter 7

Parrish's POV

Getting ready for an early morning date is hard sometimes. Especially when u have to get Star to school on time, and bring her friend food. That's the only reason Faith let her come, as long as I brought her food.

Yep, so I'm stressed about many things.

First off, I'm going on a date with the girl I really like. Secondly, her friends are very overprotective and only let her come because of something happened when they got home. And thirdly, I have no idea what to wear. I sound like a girl, but I'm 24 and she's 18. I don't want people to actually think that because its not "socially exceptable".

I end up wearing what I usually wear; jeans, a short, a leather coat, and boots. And then I head out to pick Star up.

*time skip, just imagine Parrish in the car singing along to Justin Bieber's Sorry. Just because he seems like that kind of guy*

I get there and I go knock on the hotel door. Nothing happens so I knock again. I hear a really loud curse that sounds like it could have come from Faith. I here rusling and then the door opens, revealing a grumpy looking Faith.

"Do you know how early it is?" She growls at me in her wolf voice. I'd hate to have her mad at me, she's scary when she mad. "Yeah but I was coming to pick up Star." I answer, I feel like I'm talking to a mother, one that is overprotective about her cubs and will cut you if you make a move.

She curse once again and says, "Star thought you were meeting there, she's already on her way over there."

"Oh okay, see you later with your bagel."

"And..." Faith says as if she's waiting for something more. Oh yeah, "And coffee with extra sugar."

"Perfect, see you later." And with that she closes the door, and from what I can here, jumps onto the bed and instantly starts snoring. Well, their all probably going to be late.

*Another time skip with Parrish sing along to whatever your favorite song is*

I get to th café and Star is sitting in a booth on her phone. I go and slide into the seat in front if her. She looks up, tired as heck, but still happy to see me. I feel my face warm up, but I get a warm feeling in my stomach and I like it.

"Hey," I say, she smiles and says, "Hey, sorry I didn't know you were going to come and pick me up. Faith just texted me and told me. She also said if you touch me she'll have to cut your arm off and straggle you with it."

"Oh um, okay. And sorry I should have said so. Anyway, how've you been?" I say, she pushes my drink towards me. I sip it as she says, "Really confused, something big happened yesterday and now we have to head over to the glow club after school for something. Its just been really weird since we've joined Scott's pack." I nod.

"Well if you need to confined in me, I'm always here." She turns red, and says, "Thanks," then her phone rings. She picks it up.

"Hello?"

"What, I can't hear you, you're screaming at me?"

"Yeah, still can't hear you. You sound kind of like Andy Biersack."

"Oh... Okay, we'll be right there!"

"Okay, Faith, calm down, he's just you're mate."

"So what if you hate him, he's your mate, suck it up."

"Okay, bye." She says and then looks over at me. "We might have to pick this up later, they need us at Scott's house."

Well great.

"Okay, I'll drive."

Time skip of awkwardness while listening to the Black Veiled Brides because Andy Biersack.

Faith's POV

I hang up from talking to Star, still mad that I have to go be in the same room as Liam. I dont like him. He used me to cheat on his girlfriend, I won't stand for that. But you know you liked it. My wolf says to me and I want to slap her. I may have, but I refuse to give in to it. Nope. No. Not happening.

But the book says he's my mate.

Still no. I will not. I can not. Nope.

Alec stares at me as if this the first time he's ever seen me. "Um, Faith, are you okay?" He asks, sitting up in the bed, yawning. "Yeah, why wouldn't I be?" I ask, irritated. Ever since the Liam thing happened, I've been a lot more... Irritedable. Stupid boys.

"Faith you're not okay. Something's wrong, what's going wrong?" Nat says, sitting down next to me as Alec scoots next to me on the other side.

"I'm fine."

"No. Tell the truth. Its Liam isn't it?" Nat asks, I nod. "I dont want to be his mate."

"But why?! I ship it!!" Nat screams, bouncing. I slap her, but she keeps going. "Dude, y'all are perfect for each other!" I give her the death glare. "But I dont like him." I say shortly.

"Well, you're ending up with him if you like it or not." Alec says, side hugging me.

"Well I'm holding off until the very end."

That was short and boring, sorry y'all. But I got only a few hours of sleep last night, (Jayla's birthday party, a bathtub, do not ask), and I didn't fall asleep today when I got home because I was binge watching Attack On Titan. Anyway, like, comment, and share!
