Alec's POV
Faith may be my twin, but sometimes I want to kill her. She and Star dragged me to the mall. And I'm serious, they literally had to drag me out of the car, and into the JC Pennies.
"We need to give you some sex appeal," Faith says as we walk into American Eagle. I choke and after I get my wits back about me, I say, "What the hell did you just say?"
"Sex appeal. How do you think I got laid?" Faith answers, smirking. My face goes red with embarrassment. I will never get the image of Faith and Liam sleeping together. Pft, straights.
"What like our didn't have me tell you everything about me and Parrish," Star says, Faith highfives her. The thing about me and Faith, we both like to nose around in other peoples sex lives. And we don't give a fuck about it.
Faith and Star tell me to go get a dressing room while they pick some stuff out for me. So I go, and I wait.
While I'm in there, I here others talking.
"Do you think this makes my butt look big?"
"..."
"It does! Oh no, what am I going to wear to the party now?" A fashion problem, Magnus always made me go shopping with him and Tessa, so I know what to do.
I leave my dressing room and I look around at the clothes, then I find a dress that's looks good and I grab one in each size, because I have no clue what size this girl is.

I throw the dress over the top of the door and I hear it hit the other girl that was in there with her.
"Here, try that." I say, and I hear a few mumbles and then the door opens and a girl springs out at me. "This is amazing!" She screams at me, she's way to excited, dear God.
"No problem, now, I'll be on my way." I say, shrugging her arms off of me and slipping back into my dressing room.
After a few minutes, Faith and Star come tumbling into my room.
"Try this outfit on and then tell us what you think," Faith says, setting them all out and then then back out of the room.
Get, now my own fashion challenge.

Why they chose his, I really don't know, but I sure do rock it. I come out and they both gasp, "You've now got the perfect sex appeal!" Faith says, then she realizes who she just said that to and starts again. "I mean, if we weren't twins, you get it, um yeah, ANYWAY."
Time skip to the date.
I get to the restaurant and I take a seat, Mason texted and said he'd be there in a minute or so and now I'm nervous.
I'm probably way more nervous then I should be. I mean, he's just a boy right? No, he's not just a boy, he's someone new. I've been needing to move on from Magnus, but I haven't found anyone yet. But now, I'm realizing that this is only the second guy I've ever gone out with.
And Magnus was openly gay, he was the one to tell others, not that I'm ashamed. I'm just really shy and not very open to people I haven't known for a long time.
After a few minutes of thinking, Mason sits down in front of me. "Hey Alec, I'm Mason, nice to see you in person." He says, smiling at me. I smile back and I say, "Nice to meet you too. So you're a friend of Liam?"
"Yeah we're best buds, and he never shuts up about your sister. Her really loves her, you know?" He answers, looking up at me with sober eyes. I haven't seen eyes like these in a while. And when I say sober, I mean like eyes that know what's going on, alert. Aware. Understanding. I like it a lot.
"Yeah, I love her too, I just dont want her to get hurt. She's been in love before with a boy named Jace, then he was killed along with the rest of our pack and she didn't think she could go on." I say, I looking down at my drink. I remember the day that happened, we were all hanging out in the main living space when it happened.
Faith and Jace were in the corner where the explosion happened. They were caught in the fire and a huge piece of rock fell on top of Jace, pinning him there.
He told her to leave him, that he'd get out another way, but she stayed put until I had to literally throw her over my shoulder and run her out of the fire. She breathed in a ton of smoke, and almost died from trying to stay with Jace.
When the fire was out, she ran back in there to find him, though she could barely walk or breath.
She found him in the hall getting ready to come out of the building, but the fire caught him. He was barely alive when she found him, she saw him off and then cried for days after that.
She hasn't been the same since then until her a d Liam got together. She's happier now.
I tell Mason the story and he's almost in tears by the end of it.
"I'm glad Liam could help, that's all he's ever wanted, was to help." Mason says, sipping his drink. Then we order and start talking about anything and everything.
Post date, watch this. WAHAHAHA!
Mason asked me to come to this gay club with him, and since I believe he's a nice guy so I say yes. On our way over there we listen to a few great songs as we fly down the highway.
It felt fantastic.
We get there and he does something unexpected. He kisses me.
And instead of going to the club, we stay in there and have a little fun.
After the car fun.
Mason drops me off at the house, we kiss again then we set another date. And I feel like I could be love.
After all this time getting over Magnus, I finally found someone that needs someone too. And we connected in a way that not a lot of people do.
Our hearts connected.
