Merida's POV

I woke to the sound of an ear piercing scream, I jolted out of bed and was in shock when I saw Rapunzel get taken in by dark sand. The dark sand was familiar yet I couldn't put my finger in it. "Rapunzel!" I grabbed my bow and notched one arrow but to be terrified as my arrow didn't harm the swarming sand, well it is sand... I looked at Jack and Hiccup's side of the room to see if Jack and Hiccup was awake.

Tears started to pour down my eyes as I saw them on the ground lifeless, "NO!" I shouted, "Hiccup! Jack!" I raced to them on their side of the bedroom but was only pulled by the dark sand as it touched me. As I was pulled into the darkness of the growing sand, I could hear a dark and menacing laugh. And.... darkness....

Merida jolted up from her bed, tears in her eyes. She looked around to see three pairs of worried eyes staring at her. Hiccup rushed to her side and held her right hand, "Are you okay? Is there something wrong..." As Hiccup list a few more questions, Merida started to giggle, Hiccup stopped and realized, "Heh... you think this is funny?" Hiccup sarcastically said while a smile grew on his lips. Merida forced a small smile and nodded, "I'm okay, just a wee night mare thats all".

The three glance at each other for awhile then brushed it off, if Merida said it was a small night mare then they couldn't argue with her about it because knowing much about Merida they know if she wanted to converse more about it or cut the subject.

Merida was a tough and was hard to crack but in those layers of toughness and hatred she had, she was soft and understanding.

"Okay, if your sure you're okay..." Jack said making sure Merida is final and had a choice she wouldn't tell them, she nodded in agreement "I'm fine, trust me...".

"Okay" Jack then burst out in conversation with Rapunzel and Hiccup about something that Merida couldn't quite get because he was to fast and  she didn't actually care.

As Merida got up from her bed, Hiccup stole a long glance... She's so beautiful... He thought but was badly interrupted by the roaring laughter of his two companions. He blushed a shade of crimson red, "Did I just say that out loud?" Rapunzel nodded with a huge grin.

Merida noticed the commotion and realized what it was all about, she looked away and she could feel heat arise from her cheeks. It was very rare for her to blush but knowing Hiccup just said that infront of the other two it wasn't really comfortable for her...

 Jack nudged Rapunzel's sides to signal her to follow him out the door and leave the lovebirds alone for privacy. Rapunzel took a quick look at Hiccup and Merida, then followed Jack with a small smile playing in her lips.

But Merida wouldn't agree to Jack and Rapunzel's mischievous plan she darted to the door blocking their way so they couldn't go out and leave her with Hiccup with imaginative minds, in this thought Merida shivered and went back to reality.

"Ye two ain't getting away, I know your wee imaginative minds... leaving me with Hiccup so you two can be alone, isn't that so, Jack?" Merida smirked as she saw Rapunzel's face turn a colour of red.

Jack tried getting his composition, "No..no..no! I was just leaving you with Hiccup so you can have your 'tender time' together.." Jack said emphasizing the word tender and using his fingers as to emphasize more.

Hiccup turned redder and redder as they go on with their conversation. Their conversation was cut short as a yeti came in, who was probably Phil, almost hitting Merida at the back. "What did North said about knocking?" Jack said to the yeti, the yeti just simply said something that Jack could understand, well the other three don't speak yeti...

As the yeti finished what he was sent for, Jack was in full of shock, "Jack? What is it? What did Phil say?" Rapunzel said putting her hand gently on Jack's shoulder. Jack looked at Rapunzel then the others then gave out a loud sigh, "Pitch... broke in last night..."

A/N:

OMIGOSH?!?!?! 5 months since I updated?! VERY VERY VERY SORRY guys!!! Dx I'm such a horrible person!! Sorry!!! School, homework, studies, dance, metting and etc. was always interrupting me! SO SO SORRY!!

Please forgive me... And I know people are leaving my story because of really late  updates well I'm really sorry... When I checked how long I was gone I felt terrible when I knew it was 5 months already... so as a Christmas gift I updated  today and a little Christmas bonus tomorrow ^w^ Okay... well sorry for late update.. and changing subject.. Have you seen Frozen yet? It was pretty cool actually if you hadn't seen it yet and while I was watching I was so desperate to see Rapunzel there (and yes she was there as a cameo), all I could think about was Jackunzel daughters while watching the movie, too xD.
