I was the first to react.
I shot up so fast that my chair was sent flying backwards, hitting against the hard wall behind me and making a scraping noise as the legs slid across the floor.
My rage was now at an impossible rate, I could practically feel the fury burn through my cheeks. My eyes were twitching with anger, my fists clenched tight. I kept flinching, trying to keep myself from lunging at her.
Alison strolled forwards carefully. Her face was pale, white, like she'd just seen a ghost. Her cheek was stained with wet blotches, most likely from tears, and her eyes...Her's had that scared, innocent look to them, nothing like what I'd previously seen them like.
Although she looked calm, although she looked scared, I didn't feel sorry for her. It was an act. An act for me to calm down. But I wasn't going to. I wasn't going to stand there and watch that evil cow walk towards me like everything was fine, like Louis had never cheated on me for her.
Every second, just watching her, made my muscles clench tight together, until, when she was just a metre away from me, I couldn't take it.
I flung myself at her, every humane part of me gone. I lashed at her and clawed at her, pinning her down to the hospital floor. She screamed in agony.
"Help!" She cried, tossing and turning, trying to escape my grip. It was no use. I was clawing at her hair, screaming all the curse words I could possibly think of at her face.
Emily and Niall watched me, confusion wrapped over them. Zayn had leaped from the chair to his feet, but had failed to do anything else. Liam was there, stumbling forwards, perhaps trying to stop me, but then withdrawing backwards, as to not be harmed. And then there was Louis.
He ran forwards, straight to me, and then grabbed my arm. He tugged me upwards with such force, just before I was about to pound my fist into her plastic face. How dare he stop me! Probably so he could go and wrap his arm around her waist, after all, she was his only option now that I wasn't going back to him.
"Stop!" Louis cried, as I pushed away from him, towards Alison. "Stop!" He continued to scream.
"No!"
I jumped on her again, this time lifting my fist, ready to punch her, but I was yet again disrupted.
Louis wrapped his arms around me, pulling me upwards. His grip was so tight on me, no amount of thrashing or squirming could set me free. The warmth from his arms was beginning to seep through me, calming me down, but I had to get rid of this bitch.
"Leah, stop it now!" Emily demanded. The other boys watched, scared. For a split second I wondered if Harry could hear this from inside the room. I shook the thought away.
I tried to calm down, for Emily's and Harry's sake. They were my only real friends here, after all.
"Leah, please." Emily said, pointing at Alison, who was now prepped up against a wall, sobbing and whining in pain. "This isn't like you, why are you doing this?" She said sweetly, trying to calm me.
Alison looked up at me, but not in the usual bitchy way that she did. She looked so sad, so distraught and innocent, it made me feel guilty, yet again.
I shook my head.
"Why? Because she ruined everything!" I cried, letting my head fall down. Louis had my arms behind his back, so I couldn't hurt him in anyway, but not so that it hurt me.
"And so did he!" I screamed, kicking my foot back to hit Louis in the legs. I was actually trying to aim for his crotch, but it had failed, obviously.
