Chapter 8

The next couple months have been going really great. Naruto has stopped calling kakashi, kakashi-sensei. They've been hanging out a lot more, and going places together. I guess you could say that they're dating. Kakashi got naruto to stop eating ramen all the time, by cooking him dinner at his place, but on the odd times they do go out for dinner, usually an actual restraunt though.

They just finished going out to dinner, at a classy 4 star restraunt. Another date possibly?

"this was one of our best dates yet, kakashi" naruto started. "I loved it, especially when we found that rich snobby young couple and starting throwing food at them" naruto laughed and turned to kakashi.

He didn't laugh, just smiled. "you know, I thought you had better manners naruto. Kakashi said jokingly.

"what?! You're the one who threw the first piece of food!" naruto said whiningly. This time, kakashi laughed.

They saw the intersection that split narutos house, from kakashis. Usually kakashi walks him home, but he needed to go wash the red wine out off his clothes before they stained.

"thanks again for throwing the wine on me Naruto," kakashi said using obvious sarcasm.

Naruto laughed and said you're welcome, and started running home. Kakashi stood there and waited until naruto was out of sight, he loved watching that ninja do everything.

When naruto got home, he tried to unlock the door. But for some reason, it was already unlocked. Naruto took out his kunai and bursted in the house. He didn't see anyone...

But everything valuable, everything important to him...was gone. His house was a disaster. "I.....I've been.....robbed?" naruto frantically ran around the house looking for something. But everything was gone.. He fell to his knees and started to cry. He hid his face in his hands and starting cursing the world.

"why me! Didnt I have a bad enough childhood! Why does my life have to suck so much?!" he screamed.

Hours have past, and still his tears came to no end. He struggled his way to his feet, and took one last look at the house, then slammed the door shut. He wiped his eyes and started walking to kakashis.

Knock, knock, knock, Naruto didn't wait outside, after he knocked he just opened the door and walked in.

"kakashi?! Where are you?!" naruto shouted with a weak voice.

After a couple seconds kakashi came into view. "Naruto?" kakashi said confusingly. "what's wrong? It's 3:30 in the morning"

"my house...it got robbed...everything's gone.." he said looking at the ground.

walked over and hugged naruto. "I am so sorry, naruto" hearing those words made Naruto start crying again.

"why is it always me?" kakashi let go of naruto, "I don't know.." kakashi replied, almost crying himself.

"come on.. You should sleep.." kakashi said walking back to his room. Naruto nodded, "okay.. Thank you, kakashi"

Naruto and kakashi laid down in kakashis bed. Naruto falling asleep quickly. Kakashi waited for Naruto to fall asleep before he did, and fell asleep shortly after.
