Chapter 11 Into the Forest

Levi POV

I shake my head trying to rid myself of those thoughts. 

"It's okay Eren" I say knowing that when I think deeply, I look like I'm about to murder somebody. I guess I think deep thoughts a lot.

"Alright Levi" Eren says smiling, The leaves and branches over head cast odd shadows on his face.

The horses trot along quietly, the silence only broken by the occasional snap of a branch under a horses hoof. It's so early in the morning not even the birds are singing. I hardly doubt even a squirrel is awake. I'm typically not a morning person, so the fact I'm even awake is a miracle. I think for a second about that. I know people say being in love changes you, but the thing is I don't want to be in love. If Eren is turning me into a morning person, what else can he turn me into. I argue with myself that Eren is harmless, but then Eren isn't harmless, he's good with a sword, he's strong, and most of all he's a titan. I was taught since the day I joined the scout regiment that titans are my enemy, and an enemy has to be destroyed. 

"We're here Levi" Eren announces as he gestures grandly at the forest surrounding us. 

"And where is here Eren? We're still in a damn forest" I say pulling myself out of my thoughts trying not to sound to annoyed at Eren.

Eren slides off his horse gracefully and offers me his hand as he says "My lady, may I assist you off your horse? There is a clear spot on the ground where we can do the making out. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)" He says as he smiles annoyingly handsomely. 

"My dear and good sir" I reply as I accept his hand with equal gusto in my voice "I shall gladly join you on the ground, where I shall get all dirty and get grass stains on my clothes because I have done the making out." Then I resort back to my real voice and say " Now wipe that ridiculous smirk off your face!" I gently peck his lips then sit cross legged on the ground and wait for him to sit beside me. 

"So," Eren sits beside me leaning against my shoulder. "Levi,  good sir, would you like to do the making out now?"  

"No Eren, we need to tie the horses to the trees first." I say teasing him. 

"Well why did you sit down then!?" He half screams angrily.

"Because you are going to be tying up the horses and I'm going to be watching." I smirk at the annoyed expression on Eren's face after I give my answer.

"Ugggghhhhhh! Fine!" He walks off and secures the horses, then stomps over and sits next to me. "Anything else, Master Levi?" He says with an adorable pout on his face. 

"Yes, I want the making out now." I reply smiling, and Eren smiles back before as he leans in for the kiss. 

When our lips meet I feel a surge of emotions, love, worry, fear, lust, anxiety, and joyful. I push all of the uneasiness away, and I smile into the kiss. 

Eren's arms wrap around me, as I put one hand behind his head and my other hand at his back. I slip my tongue into his mouth.

"Hahahahahaha" 

I let go of Eren and turn quickly to see that Hanji has somehow manage to find us in the middle of the forest. I jump up quickly surge of rage washes over me. How dare she come here!
