I felt someone shake me awake. I shot up and grabbed whoever it was.
"Hey! Its me!" Derek hissed, making sure not to wake anybody up.
"What do you want?" I asked.
"Stiles and Scott want us to meet them at the school." I rolled my eyes and groaned. Derek just looked at me, watching to see what I would decide.
"What does this have to do with me?" I said sleepily.
"You've been complaining about how nothing goes on in this town. I wake you up in the middle of the night and you're gonna question it?" He said with an attitude, sitting on the foot of my bed.
"Yes, actually. I am, can I at least get a final meal? I feel like I'm gonna die tonight." He growled and his eyes glowed.
"Get your ass up now, stop arguing with me!"
"You best watch your attitude, I'll claw those pretty little eyes out." I threatened, shoving him off my bed and walking out the door. We got in his vehicle and headed for the school. I noticed Derek kept looking over at me, but didn't want to get caught.
"You see something you like?" I asked, smirking in the darkness.
"Sorry," he said, returning his eyes to the empty road.
"Don't be," I said, reaching for his hand that was on the console. We locked fingers and stayed like that the rest of the ride. He didn't park close to the school, I didn't know why.
"I want Scott to howl, he needs to learn that if he needs one of us, howling is a way to reach us." We waited for about twenty minutes, just leaned up against Derek's car. We heard a very strange noise come over the speaker. It sure as hell wasn't a howl. I don't even know how to describe it. Maybe, a cat trying to sing. It sounded more feline than it did canine. Derek looked down and shook his head. I rolled my eyes and stormed off to the school.
"What the hell was that?" I questioned when I reached my brother and Stiles.
"What're you trying to do!? Attract the whole state here?" Derek snapped as he came up behind me.
"Was it that loud?" Scott said, a little proudly. I walked up and snacked him behind the head.
"You sounded like a cat being choked to death." Stiles added. Cops showed up and we all his. I hid behind a tree, I didn't see where anyone else went. An officer was getting dangerously close to me. He came around and spotted me, his eyes went wide and before he could holler for someone else I shifted and slashed his throat with a growl. None of the other cops heard. I felt my eyes change. I looked to see my friends staring at me, shocked. Derek's eyes held pain as he looked at me.
     "Y-your e-e-eyes." Scott stuttered.
"What?" I snapped, angry, wanting to know what they were gaping at.
"You've killed an innocent. They're blue." Derek answered. Right. I should've known but I had too much anger to notice much. We all ran before the police found us. They were all over Derek's car so that was out of the question.
"You and I are gonna be wanted soon." Derek said, looking down at me.
