I love Friday nights. The city is alive with New York lights, adventures with friends, and the mystery of not knowing what will happen next. Like right now I’m jamming out to Machine Gun Kelly in my Ferrari. Just kidding, it’s just a Honda Civic. Anyways, I’m on my way to Club Cielo to meet-up with my bestfriend Wesley.

We go to the clubs almost every weekend to be stupid and just forget everything that actually matters. As I pull up, I see the usual amount of party goers and girls who pretend they don’t have boyfriends. Next to one in a too-tight hot pink dress is the one and only Wes. I can be flirtatious with some of them when I’m in the mood, but he’s relentless.

“Yo Kenton, my man!” Wes practically shouts as he see me walk his way. “Aye, let’s get this party started” I shout over everything. As we walk in and hit the dance floor,  Pitbull music is blaring and every stranger looks so lost in it, or the alcohol. “Someone is looking good tonight...” says a redhead around 5’6” wearing a blinding green dress and 6 inch stillettos. How classy.  “Where? You’re obviously on the other end of the scale” I say as her face turns beet red and she stomps off like a 4 year-old.

I don’t like to insult women, but she isn’t exactly a lady of well appearance. “Kenton!” I match the voice with a crazed looking Wes standing by the bar. Step by step, I slowly make it that way, careful not to step on any shoes or barefeet. Why wear high heels if you can’t even dance in them? “What’s up man?” I ask Wes. “I want you to meet my new friend, Victor” he says as Victor looks at me with an odd, knowing smile on his face.”Nice to meet you” he says. “As to you” I politely reply.

At that moment I realized Victor was also one of the four bartenders, I could have fun with this. Before he could walk away I glance for a moment at Wes and say “Hey Victor, since we’re friends we share things right, want to share a few drinks?” He smirks and waves me off, but still kindly brings out four shots of Hennessey. “Thanks man” I say as a loud chuckle makes Wes and I turn our heads, sitting there is a girl about 5’4” with blonde hair and brown eyes in a short black dress. She’s laughing at an average-looking man standing by her, but doesn’t look like she’s actually enjoying it.

“She has been here since 9pm and not done anything except for chat with a few people, the entire past 3 hours” says Victor to us as he walks to the back. That’s a little odd, most girls come for drunk dancing. She then sends a sly smile at the flirtatious Wesley as he walks towards her like a magnet.
