I'm a Soul Keeper?

My new, crazy family

I sat at the big table with Sky on one side of me, and Adeline on the other, and all of our other friends. We were ready for the breakfast from the chefs. When they were finally done in the kitchen with the food, I saw that we were having a regular breakfast, that includes, scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, and almost any other breakfast food you could think of, it was like a buffet.

Other than everything that's happened through out these few days, I really can't wait to try out my new soul keeper abilities. Its just so cool, knowing this amazing group of people, and being in that group. And even being the youngest soul keeper ever. It was just amazing. And the best part? NO SCHOOL, YEESS.

From what I saw, everybody ate their food whole, wanting the day to start. Once everybody was done, I asked if someone would want to help me with my abilities. Of course, Adeline and Ethan raised their hands first, so I had to pick them.(Kid logic okay?)

We walked through the city to the forest. We walked further into it to a grassy meadow with flowers speckling all around.

"This is where we're going to train your powers." Adeline spoke up walking to the middle of the meadow. "Okay, lets start with the basics of being a soul keeper," Ethan said walking up to Adeline, both facing me. "You already know about the two forms of a soul keeper, the human form, and the beast form." She said before changing into her beast form that I saw the night before and finishing Ethan's sentence.

TIME SKIP AFTER TRAINING

To shorten it up, Adeline and Ethan taught me all about being a soul keeper. From the basics on how to transform from human to beast form, to how soul keepers are masters on dream magic. And they were pretty cool about all of it, very patient. But yeah, we quit later that night and instead of walking all of us flew back to the castle, but luckily they were slow enough for me to be up with them instead of faltering behind.Again, those two are very patient.

When we got back, we found everybody in the den with the fireplace blazing. "Hey everyone. We're back." Says Ethan as we walk through the doorway. I hear everyone greet us one way or another, I hear some 'Hey's and 'Hi's and some other greetings.When I sat down on the couch, I was basically swarmed with questions.

"How was it?" said Mitch. "What do you think about being an official soul keeper?" An excited Sky said. "Okay, everybody. One question at a time. Peyton's been working really hard today, she at least need some rest." Adeline says as she sits down next to me. "Yea, I guess I do need some rest." I say as I rest my head on her shoulder.

I don't remember much after that, I guess I fell asleep. I woke up in my bed, still in the same clothes as last night.Someone must have carried me here.I got up, did my morning routine, put on new clothes, and walked out my door, that was slightly open for some reason. Then, SPLASH. That's probably what other people heard when I pushed the door open. I ended up soaking wet with a bucket on my head. I pushed the bucket up to see Mitch and Jerome, laughing their heads off on the floor. 

"WHY!" I yelled at the two with a smile starting at my lips, while holding my arms out at them.

"Oh, you know," Mitch said while he started to get up. "We had to do an initiation prank, you know to make sure that you could take a laugh." Mitch finished.

"Come on, Peyton. We know you can smile." Jerome said, while still trying to get up.

"Really, I am smiling, Jerome. But really why did you do the water bucket prank in the morning? Now I have to change." I said turning back to my room.I walked a few steps before I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned back to see Mitch. He soon embraced me in a hug, Jerome came in to the hug after a few seconds.

"Hey, did we miss something?" Sky said from a few feet away, along with most of the others.

"No, not really.Me and Biggums just gave an initiation prank to little Peyton, here." Mitch said, breaking away from the hug. "HEY, I'm not little. I'm just younger than the rest of you. Hmph." I said trying to fake pout while crossing my arms.we had a few laughs and chuckles, and I got my hair messed up by Sky.

Me and Mitch got to go and change our clothes cause our clothes were still wet from the prank and the hug we shared. I'm really going to like living here. If it means hanging with these guys, I think I love it here.

Hey guys. Sorry for the long wait, I've been really busy with school and family and such. I'll try to update more often, even if it means staying up later than usual.
