Betrayed

I was fuming as we got to the Raptor paddock. Owen punched Hoskins. 

"Glad to see you could show up." Hoskins smiled. 

"You son of a bitch! You wanted all of this to happen! My father was right about you!" I growled. 

"Well there's not much the famed Dr. Allan Grant is wrong about but that's not the point." 

"The point is that my girls are not meant for the field and they are not weapons."

"They're our only hope so are you in or out?" I looked at Owen. What choice did we have? We gathered in the office next to the paddock to discuss our plan. 

"It's a hide and seek drill Ellie's done them with the girls many times. They'll bring you to the target and when you get a clear target you take the shot. And do not shoot our raptors." I said. 

"Please." Owen added and we headed over to the girls who were in little stocks waiting to be released. 

"Ellie!" I turned around to see Claire's younger nephew Gray she had joined us down here with the two of them.

"Gray, what's up?" I asked. 

"Are they going to be okay?" 

"The girls know what they're doing? Do you want to pet ome of them?" 

"Is that okay?" 

"Yes the girls won't hurt you as long as I'm around." 

"What are their names?" I smiled. 

"This is Delta, that green one is Echo, then there's Charlie, Blue and the red one here is Felicity. She's my baby." I said and he smiled stroking the red raptor. "You'd better get back to your Aunt before she gets worried we have to get the girls ready. I changed into something fresh after the encounter we had earlier (picture)  and walked over to Owen.

"Hey are you going to be okay doing this with the girls? I know how close you are to them." Owen said and I kissed him. 

"I'll be fine, the girls will be fine." I said and we headed out. Suddenly they stopped we had found her but they were somehow communicating with her. 

"I think I know why they didn't tell us what she's made of." Owen said.

"Why's that Owen?" Barry asked.

"She's part raptor!" Owen shouted. The mercenaries began to shoot at her burt it wasn't working. WE had to get out of there. We caught up with Claire who was in a veterinary ambulance with her nephews. 

"We need to get back to the lab!" She said and we rode down. When we got there it was emptied out except for one room that was filled with hybrid mixtures of many animals. 

"Well it looks like you found my little side projects." It was Hoskins.

"You are running a military grade experiment in a theme park? You idiots want to profit from things like this?" I asked. 

"Why wouldn't we? Nature gave us the perfect killing machines 65 million years ago we just have to shrink them down." Suddenly Blue and Felicity came running into the lab attacking Hoskins and as we made it out to the main street and we were cornered. What were we going to do?
