'BEEP BEEP' went my alarm loudly in my ear. Today was another boring Sunday morning. Wake up, Work, Sleep- it's as simple as that. Most children would be happy its Sunday's (unlike me) because they get to go to places like Disney world or something like that. I live with my father in a barn because we can't afford huge modern building like other people. Here at the farm me and my dad have to work. We grow crops, feed animals and loads of other things that would take to long to list. But my favourite time of the day is when I go to bed because I get to do all sorts. Me and my dad both go to sleep at 7:00 so we are not tired the next day but actually.. I don't go to sleep. I climb into my pencil thin bed and get out my notepad were I write down story's then turn them into play scripts. At around 8:15 I get out of bed and stand in front of the mirror. Then I act. I read out the lines clearly, adding expressions and movements. I pretend that I'm on stage in front of a screaming crowd in a stunning dress performing the best play ever: Romeo And Juliet. Sadly, I have to finish at 9:00 so I actually get some sleep. It hard work here..

Anyway, enough about that. I sat up sleepily and turned of my alarm which was still going of. I didn't have a phone or an iPad so I clambered out of my bed and walked towards my wardrobe. The oak floor creaked beneath my bare feet as I grabbed a white top and my favourite pair of denim shorts. I didn't have many outfits like the other girls in my class so I wore this most the time. After I had pulled on my clothes, I tied my hair up in a pony tail and added my favourite butterfly hair clip that my dad had got me for my birthday. Finally, I exited my tiny bedroom and ran downstairs ready for a busy Sunday. Dad was sitting on our crusty old arm chair sipping a cup of tea with his news paper.

"Good morning, dad." I smiled, rapping my arms around my father. "How are you this morning then?"
"Ahh! Didn't see you there sweetheart." Dad replied, looking up from his paper. "I'm great, you dear?"
"I'm good as well. How are the animals? It was a pretty rough storm last night! I do hope there ok!"
"There great, ok? Don't worry about it. There all were they belong, nice and safe. Got it, my lovely!"
"Fine.. Are you sure? You know what! I'll just go visit them after breakfast. Well I have to anyway."
"You do that then! Be carful out there though, we never know when that storm could start again."
"Yes, dad."
Tired, I ambled towards the fridge and got out milk and orange juice for breakfast. I always had cereal for breakfast because Dad maybe isn't the best at cooking. After I had grabbed the milk, orange juice and my favourite cereal 'Lucky Charms' (I know there not actually lucky, but they are still super yummy) I sat down at the shaky wooden table Dad had bought at a garage sale. I couldn't stop thinking about the poor horses last night, Dad didn't understand. Eventually, I finished my breakfast, cleaned my bowl in the sink and grabbed my trainers to go outside. I was excited to see how Bella, my favourite horse, and her friends were doing.
"Remember, dear" Dad began. "Feed the chickens, groom the horses, make sure the pigs are safe then start to clean Tabitha. She's been joining the pigs at their mud spa."
Annoyed, I began my journey to the chickens. I'm used to feed Barty, Berty, Betty and Boo. They are surprising quite fun to hang out with but having to do all the work instead of Disney Land isn't exactly my dream life. Barty and Berty were chasing each other around the pen while Betty and Boo sat together inside. As soon as I bought out the chicken feed out of the small box next to me all the chickens looked at me. They sure were  hungry!
Next was the horses- my favourite! I trotted along to the stables muttering things like "Romeo, oh Romeo, where ar't there Romea?" as I walked. Bella was at the very front of the stables near my 2nd favourite horse, Molly. They both came towards me and I grabbed the brush to groom them.
"Are you two ok?" I asked. "Was the storm ok last night? I know it was rough."
Bella and Molly nodded and let me carry on grooming. They are so adorable!

I was so tired by dinner time. I had done all the jobs Dad had assigned me to do and more. I stepped through the wooden door and pulled of my muddy trainers then placed them by the door.
"Dinner time!" Dad yelled once again from the kitchen. I could smell something delicious from the kitchen.. Sphaugetthe! As I said before, Dad isn't the best at cooking but he does like a good takeaway. We always order from our favourite store 'Super Sphaugetthe!' Across the road cause they do the best food ever.
"What'd you think?" Smiled Dad, curiously.
"Yummy Yum Yum!" I giggled. Me and Dad sat down at the table and took a bite of our sphaugetthe. It tasted wonderful, better then ever. I couldn't help grinning as I swallowed. Dad noticed me and grinning back. I could see he was enjoying it to. But then the wonderfulness soared ways as if it was nothing and a question filled my head. What was Mum like? The words circled in my mind. I could help asking.
"Uhh.. Dad?"
"Yes, lovely."
"I have a question.."
"Whatever is it?"
"Umm.. What was mum like?"
Dad dropped his fork. "Why do you want to know that?"
"It's just.. I'm curious, Dad."
"Well.. Err- She was sweet. Stunningly pretty and.." Dad stopped and picked up his bowl. "Early night tonight. School tomorrow." He didn't want to talk about Mum.
I didn't argue, I just said "Yes, Dad." Put my bowl away and went upstairs. I wonder why Dad didn't want to talk about Mum?! She died giving birth to me, sadly. And well.. I never met her.

I wasn't tired at all that night so I just sat in bed. I had accidentally left my notepad and pen downstairs when I was having a break. Now I'm super bored. I lay in bed, thinking. I was thinking about this beautiful tall girl. Long, blonde waving hair swaying in the wind.. wearing a brand new limited addition designer outfit. She was beaming brightly as the sun shone over her like and angel and her blue eyes twinkled. My mum. My lovely mum.

By now it was midnight and I was still in bed staring up at the pale white ceiling of my mouse like bedroom. All of a sudden there was a loud.. BANG and a CRACK. I jumped out my bed and scurried towards the door. Then I stopped. On the door I could see the reflection of my window and bright colours. I turned around and then I saw it all. It was incredible... I had never seen these much before but I knew exactly what they were. They seemed to be coming from 'The Royal Acting School' that I had always wanted to go to. I smiled.

Fireworks.
