Chapter 14

Alyssa's pov

Me and Weston are offical. He asked me out last night and i said yes. It's Monday morning and today darielle leaves for California. We all skip school and spend the morning together.

Leah's POV

darielle leaves today. It feels like this week end went by too fast. Me Darielle alyssa Jacob Nathan hunter Weston mark Blake and brandon all stayed home from school.(squad goals) We left for the air port at 10 since her flight was at 11. "I'm gonna miss you so much I can't believe nicole is making you go" I said to her. We were all squished in a mini van and we barely fit. "I know right can't you just take us with you?" Jacob asked laughing. "I wish but I don't think I can fit 8 people in my carry on" she said and we started bursting into laughter. It wasn't even that funny but we wanted to have a lot of memories before she leaves. who knows when I will see her again.
"that's my flight" darielle said after the voice on the speaker stopped talking. Darielle hugged everyone and me and Jacob were last. She hugged Jacob and they kissed for about 10 secondes. When she finally got to me we cried. After we finished our good byes she walked onto the plane. I was crying. We were in my moms car and Nathan was sitting next to me. He had his arm around my waist and pulled me next to him.

Tomorrow is halloween. I'm just gonna sit home maybe hangout with alyssa. The guys are going to a party but we dont wanna go. I texted alyssa asking if she had plans for tomorrow.

me "do you have plans for tomorrow?"

alyssa "no becasue weston is ditching me why wanna hangout"

me "yeah same with nathan and yes wanna sleep over?"

alyssa "yeah we can watch movies all night and stuff"

me "okay thanks"

It was around 3. Nathan couldn't come over because he was grounded for skipping school. His mom must have been home when he came home from the air port. Maybe Hunter or Brandon would wanna hangout. We are still like brother and sister so i just walked over to their house. I texted Brandon and said i was coming over. I got there and walked in. Brandon was in the kitchen. "hey brando"i said. "hey lee" he said. "where's hunter?" i asked. He rolled his eyes when i siad that. "what?"i asked. "he's upstairs with 'hailey'"he said with an attitude. "ew do they go out?" "yeah i think but i don't know he doesn't tell me things" brandon said. "ok well do you wanna go some where so we arn't stuck in the house?" i asked. "yeah i'm gonna grab a hoodie and put on shoes" he said walking up the stairs. 

We diecided to go to get ice cream. We walked to a small ice cream shop listening to music. "did he tell you?" brandon asked me. "tell me what and who?". "Nathan" he responded. "i don't know what your talking about just tell me". "ok fine he's going on tour". My heart broke. How could he not tell me? I didn't answer brandon. "i'm guessing he didn't tell you" Brandon said looking at the ground. I nodded. When we got our ice cream we talked about Darielle. How much we'll miss her. "hopfully she doesn't meet other best friends" i said. i was so scared because what if she forgets about us? She said shes staying for at least 4 months. But she could stay for good if she liked it there.

Darielle's pov

I slept the entire plane ride. As soon as we landed i called my dad telling him i'm off the plane. He had a driver come pick me up. The man drove me to a very large house. "thank you" i said to the man when he handed me my bags. "your welcome ma'am. welcome to california".

I went into the large house. My dad came up to me and hugged me. It was kind of strange because i dont really know him. I hope we get close tho because i would love to spend my summer's in california. "look how big you are" he said pulling away. I just smiled. Someone was walking down the steps. I looked over and it was a guy who looked around 18. He had brown hair, brown eyes and was tall. "darielle, this is your step brother Cameron. Cameron, darielle" he introduced us. I know i have a boyfriend and hes my step brother but damn hes hot. He smiled at me and walked into the kitchen. This trip just got a whole lot better. I went up stairs and found my room. It was kinda big for a guest room. I started un packing and when i was done i texted Jacob saying i missed him. I went down stairs and talked with Cameron my dad and his wife for the rest of the night.

Sorry this is a short chapter. I legit had no idea what to write about. I'm gonna try to update more and things should start getting good! And thanks for 200 reads!!!!!! -Leah
