Chapter 21

Hannah's P.O.V.

    I kept running, I didn't stop. I couldn't stop. I was scared.

    "Hannah! Stop!" Caitlynn yelled. At least it sounded like Caitlynn. There was no way I was going to stop. If it wasn't Caitlynn, I would be screwed. I turned around while I was running and tripped over a root sticking out of the ground. I fell and caught myself on my hands, which kind of hurt. I turned around to get a better look to see it actually was Caitlynn. I stood up and brushed the dirt off of my hands. Caitlynn was slowing down and trying ti catch her breath. Since she has asthma she never runs much. It kind of means a lot that she ran after me. 

    "What are you doing? I ran for a reason Caitlynn. Why didn't you stay back with the rest of them?" I asked her once she was in front if me.

    "I. Was not. Letting. You run and. Get lost. By yourself." She replied back in between breaths. I pulled out an inhaler that i always kept for her. She never remembered hers or always forgot it. She smiles and said a simple thanks before take a couple puffs from it and relaxing.

    "I would've been fine. I don't think we will get lost anyway. We can just walk back with the way we came. I said shrugging my shoulders. I mean, we did run in a straight line so i mean we could find our way back pretty easily. What could go wrong?

    "Hannah, I love you, but it's getting dark and its difficult to find a way back in the dark." She looked concerned. "I'm calling Luke and letting him know that I found you and that were walking back. I'm also telling him to tell one of the boys to get one of the rovers and to turn on the headlights into the woods to see if we can see any light." She said pulling out her phone and dialing Luke's number. 

    I was thankful that I had a friend like her, but also mad because I was not ready to face Calum again. I could see anybody else, except Calum. I was still a little pissed off at him and scared of what would happen. Would he yell again? Scream at me? or even worse. Would he leave me?

Calum's P.O.V.

    I was pacing back and forth since Caitlynn ran in after Hannah. I was worried for both of them now. I pissed off Hannah and made Caitlynn upset. This was just not my day. This was actually one of the worst days ever. I couldn't believe all of this was happening right now. 

    I heard Luke's cell phone start ringing and i ran over next to him 

    "Is it Caitlynn or Hannah?! Are they okay?" I asked my mind racing.

    "I don't know. I haven't picked up yet." Luke shot me a glare as he answered it. "Hello. Yes. Okay. Okay. Yeah I'll tell one of them. Bye, love you too." After that he hung up and walked over to Ashton and Michael. When he was don't they nodded and started running over to the rover's. Michael getting in his, Ashton getting in his and Kelli getting in Luke's. Wait, Why was Kelli getting in Luke's rover?

    He walked back over to me and stood next to me. He just looked into the woods without saying a single word. He just stared into the woods.

    "So?!" I replied getting more and more worried by the minute.

    He looked at me and sighed. "They are okay and Caitlynn has Hannah. She needs the headlights to see if she can see any light. She will call me back and let me know if she can or can't." He tuned back and looked into the woods. As the boys and Kelli pulled up, the turned so that the headlights were facing into the woods. 

    I was just standing there hoping that she could see the lights. It was almost like I was praying for them to be able to see something. Whether it was a lot of light or even just a little but of light

If they couldn't, I was thinking about going in there and finding them myself, so I can fix everything that I had caused today and apologize for everything that has happened today.
