Trapped into the Hunger Games

A/N: I thinkkk this is the next to last chapter so basically, 1 more chapter until the book ends :D whoot whoot~ 

When we woke up, it was bright and early. 

Just how I like it. 

And by now, whatever was in that medicine, healed up Alex so that there was a slight faded scar left. But I used the rest of the ointment left just to make sure. 

"Look! I can walk now!" He said with a accomplished grin on his face.

"Good Job Alex!" I said giving him a high five. 

We could finally leave the cave to go hunting.

I got my bookbag and sleeping bags and such. And my knives.

"Alright, so no more berries. We just need to refill our waterbottles and find out breakfast." I said with joy.

He nodded and we were off! 

I found the pond near Rue's death and we lingered there for a bit.

I also killed some squrrels.

By now, there were only 2 people left besides me and Peeta. 

"Okay Peeta, cook these thingys while I hunt." I said while taking off my bookbag to give him the matches.

"But you already hunted Jenn- Katniss" 

"I know. Hey, you know how to turn off the fire right?" I said, then ran off before Alex replied. I mean, we were like right next to a pond (water), it's not rocket science.

I felt bad for Alex, but I had no choice. 

If we wanted to end this, we had to do this now.

I wandered around for a bit when I heard a rustle of leaves nearby. 

And before I knew it, I was up in a trap! The trap took me by the foot and I was like in a upside-down hanging position.

Before I could yell or scream for help, somebody grabbed my body and stuffed me into like a bag thing! 

The person dragged the bag behind him and dragged the bag with me in it and every log or rock now and then made my stomach churn. 

I tried to take out my knife from inside my jacket.

I took the best one out and cut the bag open and tumbled out. 

The person much have realized that, because he stopped and I drew my knife.

Man I should've gotten another one out of my jacket!

When I realized who it was, it was a guy from Tribute 1 I believe.

"Hey Katniss." He said, nonchalantly.

"Uh.. Hi.. um.. " What was his name again?

"Marvel" He finished 

"Oh" I said

He took out a sword.

I gulped and backed myself until I hit a tree stump.

"This is the perfect time to kill you." He said with a big smile on his face.

"P-p-please-"

"Please what?" 

"W-why are you g-going to kill me?"

"First of all, You teamed up with Rue, and next you know she killed Glimmer! She was MY GIRLFRIEND!" He bellowed.

Maybe Alex heard him and was going to come running for me. But then again, I left him with no weapons! 

My heart beats starting to grow louder and faster.
