Well I walked around my work yesterday bc I had orientation. So I hopefully will lose a lot of unneeded fat (which is a lot) this work season.
I need to stop eating that much. I plan on stopping eating at 7-8pm and not eat till 12:30 or something (I eat lunch in two different hours bc of school days) so it will be a good 17 hour fast.
I also plan on working out.
Squats, wall sit, sit ups, etc.
I need to get healthy and this seems good.
