Slowly out of line
And drifting closer in your sights

You looked everywhere for it. If the wrong person got ahold of that, they might get the wrong idea! What if Lord Death saw it? What if you got expelled? You're life would be over!

You saw Kid next to you and blushed. Wait, what was he holding? Oh my god. It's your drawing of him!

"You draw very well." he said, almost sad.

"Uh, thanks...."

"Do you think you could draw me again some day?" he asked.

"I...gues-"

"WIth my hair having white on both sides and not being a total disgrace?"

"Y-yeah..." you bushed. The excitement that barely showed on his face was kinda cute. Wait! This was the shinigami's son you were talking about! He is a peer and a role model, you're supposed to look up to him! You're not supposed to love him....wait. Love? No, your mind was tricking you. Then again...

You watched Kid walk up to Maka and Soul and start talking. He had a towel around his neck to wipe the sweat off his muscles. His face was serious as he talked to his friends. His hair, symmetric or not, remained beautiful ans the darkness made his skin appear lighter. And his eyes. Oh, his eyes were the best part. THe dark yello that outlined his pupils made the bright yellow look even more special Even despite you being a meister, when you looked into his eyes, you can see the true beauty and depth of his soul.

You got up and walked to your house. You were happy about everything. You got out your journal. Throughout the years, you've always kept to yourself. Not thinking about friends, or dating, just school. Because of that, you never had anything to write about except math equations....but now...you had him to write about.
