So some of you may have heard of undertale.
Especially if you've been on tumblr recently or anywhere with fanart, but yes, there are ships in undertale
WARNING UNDERTALE SPOILERS UP AHEAD IF YOU DONT WANT THE GAME SPOILED DO NOT READ FURTHER UNTIL YOU PLAY THE GAME!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Now at the end of the game you find out that Toriel is the queen who ran away because she didn't like that the king, Asgore, was killing the humans that fall into the underground and taking their souls. So she ran away to the ruins that you fall into at the beginning of the game. At the end Toriel returns but she is still mad at Asgore. Yes yes some people think they will get back together, but I personally think that there's someone better for Toriel who is a better match for her. Ladies and gents, this is where the beautiful ship of Soriel comes in. SansXToriel is soooo much better than Toriel and Asgore gettin back together. Think about it, later when your hanging out with Sans in the MTT Resort he talks about exchanging bad jokes with Toriel through the giant door in the forest. Sans even makes the statement, "she's the best audience I've ever had" that plus Toriel does not have much interest in Asgore any longer, and her and Sans have so much more in common. That, and notice that in the ending for the pacifist route sans and Toriel stand next to each other A LOT. That, my friends is why I ship Soriel
