Sang's first time

Part 11

Sang ran to North. "Did you see me? I did it! I didn't get shot."

"You did great Sang baby. Now for this next point I want to change it up a little. We are going to double stack the bunker. The others are going to do similar to what they did last time, only Luke is going to cover snake and make his way up the field."

"Uh North? What do you mean we are going to double stack the bunker?" Sang tilted her head up at North confused.

"I mean that we are both going to be behind the same one. I want you to run to the back centre with me and stand in front of me. We will both be shooting from there together. The others will expect you in snake again or one of the smaller bunkers, they won't expect you with me in back centre."

"Oh okay."

"Good plan Mr Taylor. Now I believe we need to stand ready." Owen said as he looked up at the timer.

They moved to touch their guns to the base and stood ready to run as the timer counted down to start.

As soon as it was time they had their guns up shooting. Sang ran to the bunker and felt North come up behind her. He shouted off instructions to the rest of the team as he watched what happened on the field. He spoke low into Sang's ear.

"You look so sexy in your paintball gear, baby."

Sang felt her stomach flip and her focus faltered. "We need to focus North Star."

"Whatever you say baby. On 3 I want you to duck and shoot on the left. Nate is making a move up the field. 1.. 2.. 3"

Sang ducked and shot where North had told her. She hit Nathan's shoulder as he tried to duck behind cover again. She heard Kota calling out their positions and pulled in to safety again. North wrapped an arm around her pulling her close as he leant out to cover Luke who was making his way up the snake side.

"I want to run." Sang told him.

"But we're safe here baby. Just stay with me?"

"I don't want to play safe. I want to help us win."

"Damn it. Fine."

Sang checked and made a break for it. She could see Nathan and Victor on the side of the field as they had already been hit. That just left Kota, Silas and Sean on the other team. She knew where Kota and Silas were but wasn't sure where Sean was. She ducked behind a bunker and crouched low plotting her next move. She heard Gabe let out a colourful string of words and knew he had been shot. 

Sang decided to run to the next bunker while Owen and Luke were keeping Kota and Silas busy. As she ran she saw Sean step out and realised he had a clear shot on her and she had nowhere to go. She lifted her gun to shoot him too late. She felt the paintball hit her chest and bounce off onto the grass. It hadn't broken which meant had it not been for the next two balls she would have still been in. The next two broke and paint splattered her chest. She put her hands up and made her way off the field as North took the opportunity to shoot Sean and Luke managed to shoot Silas and make a run for the buzzer.

Luke almost made the buzzer when Kota shot his shoulder. It was only Kota vs North and Mr Blackbourne now. Sang bounced as she watched the game play out. Mr Blackbourne took a shot which Kota had managed to shoot over the top of his bunker and have it fall down onto him.

North moved up the field jumping over bunkers and just missed being hit by Kota. It turned into a one on one shoot out as they both stayed behind their bunkers, only coming out to shoot at each other. Neither looked like they were giving up easily. Finally North ran down Kota and shot him before pressing the buzzer. He shook his hand after and said it had been a good point.

Sang looked around at the boys and noticed Gabriel handing little microfibre towels around to wipe the paint off before they started again. Luke and Nathan had pulled their jerseys off and used the towel to wipe their foreheads. It was getting hot out. Sean pressed a bottle of water into Sang's hand and she smiled at him before gulping it down. If only she could take her shirt off to play too. It didn't help that North had made her wear a chest protector underneath her jersey which added to her discomfort. She could feel sweat running down her chest and wished she could remove it. However she knew that North would refuse to let her continue playing if she did take it off.

The next point saw Kota's team win with only Victor out on their team. Sang had been shot on her pack this time and wondered if they had done it on purpose knowing how badly she bruised.

It was 2-1 and Sang wanted to win so badly she wondered how they could make it happen quickly and not let the other team get any more points. She had an idea but knew North wouldn't agree to it. She was in snake again for this round so once she had slid into position she rolled over and wriggled out of her top. She kept the chest protector on and had a crop top on. They had all seen her in it when exercising before and she knew that quite a few of them found it distracting.

As she crawled forward she listened to what was happening on the field, taking note of everyone's positions and working out who was left on the other team. She popped her head up and took a chance to shoot at Silas before ducking back down. She knew she had missed him and given away her position. Someone would be aiming at her soon and she needed to move.

She quickly stood and jumped over the bunker before running towards Silas. She had her gun up and saw him lower his as he took in her form. Smiling to herself she pulled the trigger and shot him once, just under his ribs. He shook his head and said "You're too distracting Aggele," before moving off the field laughing.

Sang moved up the field again finding Kota in her sights. He had been looking the other way but turned to find Sang and without a second thought pulled the trigger on his gun.

Sang felt the paint run down her stomach as a second shot hit her under the chest protector. She nodded to Kota, he had listened to her earlier and not hesitated this time. She could only hope the rest of her team could manage to get this point and win them the game.
