"Ugh, another day working at this shitty, lame job.." I think to myself, walking back to my car. I have been so broke I'm working at McDonald's, and even they were still on the fence about hiring me. My hours are ridiculous and I'm not getting tips and only getting paid minimum wage. I just want to have money again honestly because I can't remember the last meal I haven't stolen from work to have at least 1 meal a day. "Fuck it!! I'm going to a bar or somethin'" I say aloud as I turn my steering wheel sharply. I finally get home and change out of my work clothes. I may be tired as fuck, but even I'm not going to walk in there wearing a McDonald's shirt, so I decide to rummage through my nearly empty closet. Polo, nope. Khaki's, no.. My eye then catches a glimpse of a red and black flannel and some dark blue loose jeans. For once, something decent.. I don't even know where I got this.. I continue to wonder as I head out the door after sliding on my clothes. I get in the car and rush to the club. My hours are really late, so I wanted to make it there before they closed. I walk up, show my ID, and enter. I'm honestly just feeling like nothing matters anymore. I'm busy taking shots rapidly until a man comes up on stage with a guitar. He has light brown hair that is pushed to the side, and huge hipster looking black frame glasses. His eyes are a nice shade of blue, and he smiles as he gets up on the stage. He begins to play a sweet melody- eyes never leaving the strings. He then sings, and it was angelic. Before I know it, it's already over and he is walking down the steps. "Good job man! That was beautiful!" I say as he passes me. He turns around to face me and looks even more handsome in person. "Ha, thanks." He says modestly. We chat about music and life at the bar all night long, and he gives me his number. All I know, is he's an attractive dude if I've ever seen one.
