Ch.3 Fake It To Make It Happen

Mom and dad were almost healed fully by the next morning!!!! They were at least presentable. They just sounded like they had nasal congestion, but they could walk and stuff. And they were always cold by me now...
"Jasmine..ugh...could you bring me some orange juice, please??" My mom asked
"Sure, mom!!" I brought her the juice just as my phone vibrated.
I checked and it was Danny!!! I knew because I snuck a pic of him when he wasn't looking. Two actually...him in human and in ghost forms
"Hey :) my family wants to come over at three...is that ok with you??
"Yea that's perfect!!"
"Great...see you then :)" I left to go clean and cater to my parents...where is Claire?!?!
Danny's P.O.V.
"Danny!!! Hello?!?!" Sam said while waving her hand in my face
"Did you even hear what I said??" Tucker said. We were at the mall looking for a welcome to the neighborhood gift for Jasmine and her family
"Who are you always texting now anyway??" Sam said angrily....with a hint of jealously maybe??
"My new neighbor, Jasmine Starlight...she looks like this." I pulled up a picture of her in her human form....I don't think she'll want me spreading around our little secret....
I sneakily snapped two pictures of her when she want paying attention of her in both of her forms
"When can we meet her??" They said together....Sam angrily and Tucker in awe
"Now if you want...but we have to find a gift first..." I saw Sam paying for a red house plant
"Lets go." She said while marching out of the store....this is going so well....
Back to Jasmine's P.O.V.
"DIIING DOONG!!!!" Man that doorbell is loud. I walked over to open the door
"Danny!!!! Hey...who are they??" I asked kindly. The goth girl was glaring at me and the boy was daydreaming at me....weird
"Hey, Jasmine, these are my friends, Sam and Tucker."
"It's a pleasure to meet you!! Won't you please come in??" I said with a smile
We all walked in and sat on the couch. There was an uncomfortable silence.
"My friends wanted to meet you when I told them about you...hope you don't mind us dropping by like this...." Danny said
"No, I don't mind at all. It would be nice to get to know them!!" I said with a glance towards the two. That girl really doesn't like me...
"I have to go." Said Sam as she grabbed Tucker by his sleeve
"We'll I don't..." Said tucker with a glance towards me. I checked my phone
"Oh my gosh!! Danny, your family will be coming over in ten minutes!!!"
"Oh!! Well...I'll see you then!!" All three of them left
"Well...that was an interesting visit.." I said to my self
*ten minutes later*
"Hi!! We're the Fenton's!!" Danny's parents said at the door
"Hi..we're the Starlight's...nice to meet you...please excuse us....my husband and I are just getting over a cold...won't you please come in??"Mom said
"Sure!!" Danny's mom said as they all walked in
Danny's dad was tall and large and in an orange jumpsuit. He gets his black hair from his dad. His mom has a pretty face with orange hair. His sister, I'm guessing is the girl also named Jasmine, has her moms orange hair. They made Danny wear a dressy shirt but left him in jeans.
"You have a wonderful house!!" Danny's mom said.
"Thank you. My name is Anicea, my husband, Jake, and my daughter Jasmine." Mom said while pointing to us. She forgot Claire
"I'm Maddie, my husband Jack, my daughter Jasmine...aww, how cute!! They have the same name!!! Oh, and this is my son Danny." Mrs. Fenton said while pointing to her family
"Would you like anything to drink??" I asked
"Would you be a dear and fetch us some lemonade??" Mom asked and I left to get it
We actually do need to go to the store. We have nothing to drink. I walked back and said
"Mom...we're out of anything to drink....can I go to the store with Danny since he knows where it is??" I blushed a little when I said that but crossed my fingers behind my back
"Well why don't you go with Jasmine?? She can drive you there.." Danny's mom said T.T
"No!! I mean...I don't want our first bonding experience to be a trip to the store...besides, I'm running out of gas and I need that for school.." She said with an apologetic look on her face
"It's ok. I understand that school is a major thing for you. It is for me to." I said with a smile which she returned
"Well...we should get going...we'll be back soon." Danny said.
As if they planned it,both our moms smothered us in hugs and pushed us out the door. We were both blushing.
"Well that was embarising..." We both said in sync.
We laughed a little and Danny said something to make me snap out of it
"Ready to start training?? I have something fun in mind for today....a race to the store to get your speed up!! Come on...I'll let you win??" He said while tempting me....I couldn't resist a good challenge
"Ok. What are the rules??" He pulled up a picture of the store on his phone.
"We have to get here with out being seen or disturbing the peace. Winner gets five bucks...deal??"
"Deal." I said and we shook on it
We powered up and went invisible on the side walk.
"On the count of three....." Danny said
"ONE...TWO...THRE!!!" We took off
We passed people in offices and in cars. Danny was looking at me to see if I was keeping up and went visible. I stayed see through.
"Keep up, slow p-" A bird crashed into his mouth
The bird mad and attacked him. He went invisible again and the bird flew off angrily. While he was doing that, I took off.
"Hey, no fair!!" He screamed after me
"You never made a rule on fairness!!!!" I screamed over my shoulder
I won by two seconds....thank you birdie!!!
"My five dollars, please??" I said while extending my hand. We were on the roof
"Fine....." He gave it to me with a pout
"Don't be a sore loser, bird boy." I laughed and pocketed my new riches
We flew to the ground and powered down. We walked in and bought the lemonade and a pack of gum that we split. We were walking back to my house when I thought to ask Danny something
"Hey, Danny?? Do Sam and Tucker know about your powers??" I asked him after I blew a bubble
"Besides my sister and you, they're the only two that know." He tried to blow a bubble but failed. It got all over his face and in his hair. He made his head go invisible and got it out and are it again. He thought I didn't notice, though and I laughed silently
"Are you going to tell them about my powers??"
"Only if you want me to...or you can...it's up to you.." He said while kicking a rock
"I think I-" But I never got to finish because at that moment, both of our ghost sense's went off
We turned around and saw a girl on a hover board in a suit. It was all blue. Her voice was disguised.
"How cute!! The Ghost Boy has a girlfriend!!" She said with fake sweetness
"Valerie?? I thought you quite ghost hunting??" Danny said
"I'm not Valerie or anywhere near that amateur. My name is Nariva...I'm new...sorry I have to capture you...you're actually kinda cute, Fenton." Nariva said as she pulled out a gun
"I'M GOING GHOST!!!" We powered up and flew up to her after I put my lemonade on a porch
"You have her your disease!!" She laughed at her own stupid joke
While she laughed, Danny and I blasted her with our hand bolts. It looked cool because it was Neon green mixed with Neon blue. She was blasted on to her butt on the side walk. She looked at me
"Wait...who the heck are you??"
"I'm Jasmine Moonlight..."
"Sorry to cut this trip short, love birds, but I gotta dash...adios!!!" She called on her board and it came. She mounted it and flew off
"Does that happen often??" I asked as I grabbed the lemonade and we flew off.
"Yeah...but I've never seen her before...Nariva?? Sounds like the name of a town or a city in an island...." He said while thinking. He snapped out of it and said
"Great job on the race!! You were really fast!! And your hand bolts were awesome!!" If a ghost can blush, I would be right now
"Thanks..." I said shyly
"For a beginner, you did great!! Sorry...I don't mean to make you blush...and now your blushing even more...I'm gonna shut up now..." We laughed
We powered down two houses away from from my house so it looked like we were walking the entire time
"Danny..." I stopped him before we started walking
"Yea??"
"Thanks for being such a great teacher..." I hugged him and I could feel myself blushing. He hugged back.
"You're welcome..."
"Danny??"
"Hmm??"
"WINNER GETS ANOTHER FIVE BUCKS!!!" I took off running but he was quick. It was a tie so we gave each other a dollar
"Nice try, Jasmine."
"Thanks!!" We laughed and walked through the door
It was great having them over!! They were fun!! They stayed for dinner and we were all laughing and stuff!! They left at midnight. Danny and I texted and snuck into each others rooms all night until the sun came up. I could get used to living here
An unexpected P.O.V. ~(^,^)~
"Nariva." I spoke into the box. The gates opened
"Well done wearing some ectoplasm on your suit." Teacher said as I removed my helmet
"Thank you...your suspicions were right. Fenton has a new ghost friend named Jasmine Moonlight." I said
"You've done well, pupil...now you should get some rest...school starts in two weeks and you must be prepared."
"Yes, Teacher." I went to my room and dreamed of revenge on all of those who have treated me poorly
