Chapter 14//Surprise

Avelina's P.O.V
I only had 3 hours of sleep. I turned over to my left side and stared at the rising sun. I was very aware Padme set up some activities for us to do. But I'm still shaken by the dream from last night. I didn't want to disappoint her by missing out on those activities, especially since I'm staying at her place. A droid busted through my doors.
"Good Morning Miss Lina." It said to me.
"Padme ordered I get you up and ready.".
"Thank You." I spoke while sitting up and rubbing my eyes. Causing the dry mascara under my eyes to worsen. The droid exited my room. I rumaged through my bag and put on my red gown which fell to the floor. It was laced in the back and so were the sleeves. My cleavage completely covered. I wrapped my hair in a braided bun. The dress shaped my bump. Which was even more noticeable. My Hair was put in a high bun.

I walked out of my room to be greeted by Padme and a guard,
"Good Morning, Lina. You look very beautiful today. But today we're going to get your nails and hair done. Oh and were going shopping." .
I smiled nervously at her, wondering what in the force she had in mind.
She began to drag me downstairs.

She drove me around Naboo on a speeder. I had finally gotten my nails done.
My hair was done in a perm, it was beautiful blowout kind of curly.

It had beautiful jewels and rounded tips.
I looked down at the people as she drove me to shop. I began to think about my past life and how I've never really had friends. Especially a girl. So getting my nails and hair done was very odd to me.
We arrived a dress shop. And of course they knew Padme. A very short lady with green skin greeted us, "Ah why hello, Senator Amidala.".
The lady bowed.
"How may I assist on your dress today?" She asked her.
"Not today Miss Tuzma. My friend, Avelina, will be shopping for her dress today." Padme said to her.
Miss Tuzma stared at me then back at Padme and nodded her head

After trying on thousands of dresses I finally had chosen the one I wanted the most.

I've always admired lace. But as you know never wore any.
"Keep it on, I have a surprise for you when we get back to the palace." She shrieked as she she saw me walk out of the dressing room. Padme kindly paid the lady and I smiled and thanked her.

We had finally gotten to the palace. Their were roses and candles leading us to the back. And Padme was holding my hand and guiding me to the large balcony that overlooked the lake. The trail of candles and rose petals stopped. And there I saw, Anakin. His hands were behind his back and his back faced us. Over the lake you could see the pink clouds and orange sunset. His body perfectly overlapping the scenery.
He turned around and gave me a smile.
He slowly walked over to me and held my hand. And got down on one knee. He opened a box that held a beautiful gold and diamond incrested ring.
"Avelina Hunt. I Know it's only been a couple months, but within these months I have grown so close to you. And I've fallen for you, hard. So I ask you for your hand-" I interrupted his speech in a hurry.
"YES!" I exclaimed and hugged him tightly. Almost losing breathe he got up and I released my grip on him.
He looked down at me and smiled widely as he slipped on my engagement ring. His teeth showed, which was one of my favorite features he had.
He gave me a soft kiss on the lips and I returned.
"So those were the activities?" I turned to ask Padme. She nodded.
"I'm glad that in a couple months, I'll be able to call you my wife." He pulled me into his arms and rested his head on mine.

Omg I'm So Super Sorry Its The Shortest Chapter I Have Ever Written. I'm Sorry It Sounds Like I've Rushed Through It. To Be Honest I've Lost Some Motivation. But I'm Back And Next Chapter I'll Put More Effort Into.
