The last bell rang signalling the ending of school. Angela exited her 7th period class, art and quickly went to the front of the school so she could hand out the tickets to her friends. If they didn't show up now she could give it to them later. To her distastefulness Miller was the first one to walk out.
"Hello Angela. Jack told me we were going to the football game," Miller stopped his sentence. "Angela..You don't want me to go?"
"You know why," Angela said glaring Miller down.
"I didn't see you I swear. Well, if that's how you feel I guess I'll just watch it from home," Miller looked at Angela as if he was a puppy. He walked away unsatisfied and worried. He did not want to lose a great friend. Angela only had to stay outside the school for about 5 or so minutes before she handed out all the tickets. Angela decided to stay at the high school library until 5 o'clock since she had nothing better to do other than homework. Once the library closed, and the staff left she finally decided to do the same. She was going to walk to Estella's house since that was where everyone was meeting. As she walked down the hill she got the same funny feeling. She heard voices near the bottom of the hill so she decided to head toward them and listen in. Three mysterious figures stood examining the field.
"What are we doing here anyway? What use is this high school to us?" A lady in a black dress said.
"It was the boss's orders remember? How the hell am I supposed to know her plans?" A man in a grey sweatshirt said.
"What are we looking for again?" A lady in a black jacket said.
"We're seeing how big this dammed field is," A man in the grey sweatshirt said. Angela didn't know what their plans were, but she didn't feel safe. She ran from the field and over to Estella's house. Her funny feeling went away again and was only replaced with fear.
...
It wasn't until 5:30 that Angela arrived at Estella's house. They all had established to arrive at 5:20 and everyone but Angela was on time or early. There was only one no show, Miller Miller.
"Why didn't Miller arrive? And Angela why the fuck are you late?" Dawson asked.
"I didn't get Miller a ticket. We aren't talking currently. And I guessed I just lost track of time in the library," Angela said. She didn't want to tell her friends of what she saw taking place on the field. She didn't think it was too dangerous, plus it wasn't like a band of teenagers could stop it anyway.
"What? Angela, Miller is your friend. I-" Jack was speaking but was interrupted.
"He's going to watch it from home. I'll make up with him later maybe," Angela said. "I thought of all people he would be the one person who wouldn't pretend like I didn't exist." Everyone was silent. Dawson was the one to break the silence.
"Oh fuck guys, we're going to be late to the warm ups! C'mon warm ups start at 6:00 we need to get going everyone get in Estella's van, who is driving?"
"Miller was, but I guess you are now, you are the oldest out of us after all," Estella said.
"Okay fine," Dawson said. Estella handed Dawson the keys and everyone went to the van.It was a 20 minute drive to the college and the whole ride there was just music playing. No one dared to speak or break the silence.

Robb entered the football stadium and sat close to the front. Julia and Madison followed close behind him. The row was almost filled up except for 6 empty seats next to them.
"Who do you think will sit in those seats?" Robb asked.
"Hopefully Gator fans," Julia said.
"Oh c'mon Julia you're no fun. Bring on the fun! Some Louisiana people sit there I dare them!" Madison shouted. To Madison's disappointment 5 teenagers made their way to the seats. 3 females and 2 males. One of the females took a seat next to Robb.
