Prompt #40 (George Weasley)

A/N: I was honestly really excited to do this. Georgie is so adorable and i thought this prompt was adorable so i was a giggly mess just thinking about writing it.

Prompt #40: "Look at his stupid face...I just wanna kiss all over it. Why do I wanna do that?!"

You are currently sitting at the Gryffindor table surrounded by books and papers with Hermione and Ginny. You all are currently studying up on a few upcoming exams until a certain set of twins comes barging inside. They both run past you, their robes creating a cape behind them that makes your papers fly away from you. You look at the scattered papers annoyed. You help Ginny and Hermione gather them up with a twitch in your eyes.

"Why are they so annoying?" You ask, looking at the particular set of ginger haired twins. They sit next to Percy, one on each side, talking to him. But by the look on Percy's face, he doesn't enjoy their company.

"I don't know," Hermione responds, paying more attention to her book.

"I ask myself the same thing," Ginny agrees, looking at her twin brothers. By the look on her face, you can tell she is questioning how she is related to them.

You continue to look at them, placing your chin on the palm of your hand. You smile a little as you see George chuckle, kind of finding it cute. But you quickly push it towards the back of your head as you sit up.

"Look at his stupid face... I just wanna kiss all over it." Your eyes widen at what you just said. You look down at your hands, confused as to why that just came out of your mouth. "Why do I wanna do that?!" You ask, questioning yourself. You lift your head to look at Hermione, begging her with your eyes for an answer.

"You like him," She simply says with a shrug, not looking away from her book that is placed in her lap.

"What?! That's rubbish!" You quickly say, trying to cover up the blush that is starting to appear on your cheeks.

"What's rubbish?" A voice says from behind you. You jump slightly in your seat, quickly turning to see who it was.

"Nothing," You say once you see that George was the one that said it. Turning back around, you look in your lap to let your hair cover our face.

"(Y/N) likes you." Hermione mentions, still not showing any interest to the situation.

George chuckles as he rubs the back of his neck, a blush also showing up on his cheeks, "That's rubbish Hermione. C'mon, when has (Y/N) ever showed interest in me?"

"Since forever," Ginny interjected, leaning closer to you and George.

"What?!" You and George said simultaneously, which made your blush darken.

Ginny looks at both of you, not amused with your terrible lies. "(Y/N) pretends to hate you, when in reality she really likes you."

You look at Ginny, completely surprised at how she was able to make sense of your feelings before you were able to.

"She even said she wanted to kiss your stupid face." Ginny added with a smirk. She looks at you, raising her eyebrows suggestively.

George turns his body to look at you, wanting you to explain. You shrug your shoulders shyly, which makes George smile.

He leans closer to you, looking into your eyes as he smirks. "Is it bad that I want to kiss your stupid face too?"
