The Reason.

Mark's POV 

It had been a month since Y/n left me. It was a stupid fight that led to her leaving and never coming home I sit alone at night thinking about her debating if i should call her. 

I would record my videos only to finish editing and feel more alone than ever. I would walk Chica to the park and I would walk for hours one day we went for a walk and didn't come home. 

They say time heals? It doesn't. People told me Y/n was the one....she made me the man i was. 

I went to bed last night I had dream about her and if i kept holding on to her how it would hurt me. 

From this day i changed for her. So if she ever did come back she'd have the man of her dreams there.

-Le time skip (New Years)- Mark's POV 

I was at a friends new years party. I had forgotten about the past few months until tonight.....She was here. With Jack dancing on the dance floor in her favorite blue dress. She truly looked amazing. I watched them dance together it was no lie to say Jack liked Y/n he used to be jealous of me when i had her. 

They both looked happy maybe it wasn't meant to be. Maybe it was good that we grew apart that month my head was brought back to life when i heard yells. 

It was Y/n she was yelling at Jack he was touching her....I ran over and ripped Jack off of Y/n. 

"Are you insane?!" Jack Growled. 

"Leave her alone!" I yelled. 

"Mark get off of him now c'mon mate." Bob called me off of Jack. I shoved past people to get out in the fresh air. 

What's wrong with you Mark? I thought and i was in deep thought when i felt a hand on my back. I turned to see y/n who was in her dress with no jacket. It was below 10 degree's. 

"Go back inside Y/n you'll freeze." I explained. 

"No Mark.....Bob told me about your feelings....are they true?" She spoke softly.

"Yes Y/n they are. I have never loved a girl the way i loved you." I explained as the count down to the new year begun.

"I never lost the feelings Y/n.....i just locked them away hoping I'd get a chance to tell you one day. How I'd win you back.How I'd get a second chance to start over." There were Five seconds left in 2015.......

"Mark I love you and i have done ever since i met you....Leaving that day hurt me so badly...." She got all teary. 

"Y/n...if you mean it....Be mine again? I can't go a day without you." I spoke softly  as i closed the gap between us. 

"Just come here you big goofy Goober!" With that kiss 2016 had begun! Fireworks music the lot. I knew with her back in my arms 2016 was going to be my year.
