You let out a defensive screech and threw yourself at Rapture, sending the male raptor skidding across the ground, leaving slight claw marks. He roared and launched back without any words. Rapture clawed at your side with his front claws. You stretched out and snatched the male's tail, yanking as hard as you could. He fell onto his front left arm at a very awkward angle and it made a sickly crack. When he stood, it dangled, clearly broken.

Your human made no effort to end the fight as of yet. He thinks Rapture might back away, you stopped for a moment. In that moment, Rapture took the time to pin you with his foot, hissing loudly. You stretched out your neck, looking at your human, not realising that you'd exposed the most importantly hidden part of your neck - your throat.

"Help!" you yelled, though it was a bark to the human. He breathed in, putting out his hand.

"Rapture!" his voice was stern and aggressive. He held no fear in his eyes as he faced the vicious raptor. Rapture didn't look up from you, snarling.

"Rapture," his voice was more of a growl now. The rest of the raptors hadn't noticed the worker slipping away. You did. You didn't want to look at your human or the raptor who was inflicting pain by just standing on you. Rapture looked up, then stepped away from you, letting you stand. However, when your human backed away again, he was biting into the back of your neck and clawing at your face. You could see the blood on his mouth and claws, but you fought back.

The fight was a flurry of snapping jaws and swinging claws until you were forced to bow in submission as he got hold of your throat. He let go.

"Don't do that again, omega," he didn't bother to call you by name, stalking off into the distance. Three of the raptors, shocked, made their way back to the feeding place, whispering to each other quietly. Blue and Blizzard stayed behind. Blue looked utterly devastated. Blizzard shared the same expression, though slightly more angry. You stared towards your human, who was approaching carefully and slowly. You made no move towards him at all.

"(Your name), hey," his voice was soft as he came closer than he'd ever come to you. At first you backed a way slightly, uneasy, only to then let him reach out to examine your wounds. He ran his fingers gently across your (scale colour) scales.

Even as he wiped away the stinging blood from your wounds, he was very caring. He seemed to understand how you felt in every touch. Then he grabbed something like a radio and spoke some odd words into it that you didn't understand. It sounded something like: We need a chopper a the raptor paddock ASAP, got an injured raptor who needs instant care.

With those words, he put the radio back and continued to stroke your nose upwards calmly. It didn't take long for a helicopter to arrive. You'd seen one before, that you remembered. It was something that humans put Blue in the belly of. She came back okay so they were probably safe.

Your human gently guided you towards the exit to the paddock. Blue and Blizzard had left, much to your dismay, but that wasn't a problem. Maybe they weren't allowed to come.

Once out into the open, you were led onto the helicopter after the gate was closed behind. Your human, once on the helicopter, held you close, using his arm to brush away blood from time to time.

Your human kept his arm around your collar, "We're in, quick!"
