a secret message

dippers P.O.V

three years ago

"you mean a lot to me man" wendy said and I smiled, she grabbed my hat and swapped it with hers. "here something to remember me by" she handed me a letter saying 'to dipper' "open it the next time you miss gravity falls" I looked at the letter again and she laughed. I turned round and stood next to mabel "ready to go into the unknown?" I asked "nope" and we walked into the bus, we sat down and waved to everybody as the bus took off. they ran after us and wendy was in front of them, she was waving, she shouted something but I couldn't hear her and It looked like she had tears in her eyes but I shook that thought 'she doesn't like me' and I sighed sadly.

I looked to my left to see that mabel had fallen asleep cuddling waddles "never changes" I said to myself and I looked down 'next time you miss gravity falls huh?" I opened the letter and was surprised to see that it was a piece of paper with everyone's signature on it, I read from Pacifica's signature then Wendy's "stay cool" it said and I smiled "I will" I said to me self and looked out the window "hope we can come back next year..." 

Wendy's P.O.V

he walked on the bus with mabel and sat down, the doors closed and they bus took off with us running after it, I ran ahead of everyone else and was waving like crazy and I shouted "COME BACK NEXT YEAR, IF YOU DONT THEN I WONT" I paused "THEN I WONT FORGIVE YOU!" I screamed even louder but the bus was out of sight and I fell to my knees with tears in my eyes, someone placed their hand on my shoulder and I looked up, it was ford "it'll be ok" he said and I looked down "he means a lot to you doesn't he?" ford questioned and I gave a small laugh "you have no idea..." I replied and we walked back to the shack...

dippers P.O.V

three years later

I walked out the bus and stepped up to my porch, unlocking the door I walked in the house and into the kitchen, I opened the fridge and grabbed a can of pitt cola. I sat down on the couch and flipped through the channel while sipping the delicious soda "nothing good on" I sighed and rubbed the back of my neck "guess I will go finish that summer homework"

I walked up the stairs and into my room, I shut the door and began looking through my bag "got it" I grabbed the book out the back and made my way over to my desk, I placed the can of pitt cola on the desk and my phone which was on my bed went off "who's that?" I carefully stepped over all the random junk and grabbed my phone "oh its mabel" I read the text which said 'hey bro-bro guess what, moms making me go to cram school during the holidays this blows'.

I sighed and replied with 'well that's what happens when you don't study'  this made me think, what am I going to do this summer? I haven't visited gravity falls in three years but Im not sure if I would be able to go, I sighed 'I wish I got to see wendy' I thought and I got angry at myself "no idiot, she doesn't like you!" I shouted at myself and I got a reply.

while checking my reply and walking over to my desk, I tripped on a pair of jeans and hit the table, my pitt cola spilled and my blacklight fell of the shelf with something else "god dammit" I stood up and checked to see if I suffered any injuries and I looked back at my desk to see the letter I got three years ago from wendy got splashed a little by the pitt cola "no!" I walked over to make sure it wasn't completely ruined when accidentally I turned my blacklight on while picking it up and there was something else on the letter.

"what's that?" I hovered the blacklight above the letter to see that there was writing that was written in invisible ink "whoa" I tried to read it and it was right next to Wendy's signature and it said 'p.s ____ you" some of the writing was ruined by the pitt cola and I wondered what it said, and that's when I made up my mind "im going back to gravity falls" I said and I grabbed an old rucksack from under my bed, I put everything I needed into it and I put the letter in my pocket.

I went over to my bed to grab my wallet and the trapper hat that wendy gave me which by the way I've worn everyday since then, I walked downstairs and saw my dad walk in through the front door "hey dip finally off for summer- huh?" he paused and looked at me "where are you going? he asked and I put my shoes on "im going back to gravity falls" I said and walked past him "dipper wait!" I turned around and he smiled at me "you got some guts ya know that kid?" I laughed and he sighed "here" he handed $400 bucks

"dad..." I said and he put his hand on my shoulder "dipper, im very proud of you and I know you have something to do and don't worry about mom, I will handle it" he patted my back and I walked over to the bus stop, thirty minutes later the bus rolled up and I waved to my dad, I got on the bus "next stop, gravity falls" the driver aid and I sat down 'this is gonna be a long summer' I thought to my self and smiled...

sup guys new story! don't worry about my other book a change of heart because that book will still be going strong, this will be a fun book to write I think and I hope you guys enjoy!
