Sky's POV
I was sitting up in my room and Logan was sitting in my chair. She's been asking me questions nonstop since I got home.
After a while I left and walked outside to cool down a bit. I sighed then I looked up at the sky. I could see some stars, but not a lot. I wonder what the sky looks like in London, or New York?
All those places I want to go, but might never get to. All the things I want to do, but have little to no chance of doing. I sighed and ran my fingers through my hair. I was still in Zayn's clothes and I hugged myself tightly.
"Skylar! Lydia's here!"
I groaned a bit before I walked back inside. I haven't talked to her in a long, long time. She was sitting on the couch in the living room and I shifted awkwardly on my feet as Lydia looked up at me.
"Hi, Lyd," I mumbled.
"Can we talk?" She asked.
I nodded then walked to my room. Logan was already out and I closed my door once she was in.
"Sky, I'm sorry, I've been a real bitch."
"I still don't get why you don't like Zayn. He saved my life once and is gonna do it again.."
"What do you mean by again?"
So I told her everything, from the fight and to The Five. She started shaking in fear and I sighed again. I wasn't really taking this too seriously because I was going to fight back.
"Sky, oh my God, how are you not freaking out?!"
"I've been sucked into this messed up world, ya kinda get used to it."
She sighed then I heard something hit my window. I motioned Lydia to get back and I slowly made my way to the window. I peaked my head out and I saw Zayn.
"We need to talk!" He yelled.
I turned around to walk out when Lydia grabbed my arm. I looked over at her and shook off her hand.
"This is about me and him, stay out if this," I muttered then walked out.
I ducked out the front door and I walked over to Zayn. He grabbed my hips and pulled me closer to him. I tried to get away, but he pressed his lips to mine. I tried to pull away, but he just leaned in more, our lips were connected.
Once he pulled away, I tried to pry his arms off of my waist. I looked up at him and he was shirtless, and bare foot. He looked exhausted.
"Look, you need to listen to me. I'm not letting you fight."
"Zayn, com-"
"Let me finish, I'm not letting you fight, but you can help. If I think it's too dangerous for you, both of us are gone, okay?"
I sighed then nodded. I nuzzled my head in the crook of his neck and I wrapped my arms around him. He held me closer to him and I sighed shakily. I closed my eyes tightly and I held onto him, afraid of letting him go.
"I'm sorry," I mumbled into his neck.
"It's okay, baby girl. C'mon, let's get you back inside."
I nodded then slowly pulled away from him. I grabbed his hand and we walked up into the house. I held onto his hand tightly, as if he could slip through my fingers. Lydia saw us and sighed before she bid her goodbye and walked out. Zayn looked down at me, but I just walked up to my room with him behind me.
"Why was Lydia here?"
"She just stopped by," I shrugged.
He closed the door behind him then he grabbed my waist again. I smile a bit as I looked up at him. He leaned his forehead on mine then rubbed his nose against mine. I giggled a bit and smiled wider up at him.
