It had been at a mere hour since the two had began studying and they now had a short distance of 2 inches between their bodies. Layla felt blood rushing to her head every time Tyler leaned closer to her. She felt like a obnoxious fan girl but she couldn't help it. Tyler was perfect. She could feel herself sweating as he scribbled his notes down of the thin lined paper. He finally placed the last period and pushed back his chair. Layla stumbled out of her seat to shake his hand goodbye. Tyler shocked her by extending his arms in a friendly embrace. Layla almost fell into his arms, but keeping her cool she lightly wrapped her limbs around his torso.
"See you tomorrow." Tyler said quickly leaving the silent room.
"You too." Layla mumbled under her breath since he had already left the room. She began gathering her notes into her frail arms. Biting her lip in joyfulness Layla left to room and began walking to her car which was parked outside of the high school.

"Ya and he hugged me!" Layla squealed into the phone."Calm down honey." Alice remarked sarcastically.
"I can't!" She exclaimed.
It was 10 o'clock at night and Layla had been on the phone with Alice since she had arrived home at 4 in the afternoon. The whole conversation was also accompanied by Layla pacing her room and well as constant jumping up and down. Alice soon had to hang up leaving Layla to obsess by herself. That didn't last long before she was drifting to sleep on her plush rug.
•••Lifting her arms above her head Layla let out a lengthy yawn. Her back ached from sleeping on the hard ground. "Shit Shit Shit!" Layla exclaimed. Looking at the clock she read the dreadful numbers 7:56. Rushing to pull on a cotton bra Layla grabbed her phone dropping into her book bag. She began pulling on underwear, jeans, and t-shirt from the top of her dresser drawer. She yanked her black converse on to her feet rushing to the bathroom. Layla frantically brushed her teeth and grabbed a hair brush slicking her lose hair into a tight ponytail. She scurried out the door tripping over her cat Sasha on her way out. Jerking her key into the ignition Layla started the recruit to school.
