Have you ever wondered
What numb is?
When you can't feel the excruciating pain
But your not really filled with bliss.
When your numb
You can't feel a thing,
Not watch the warm sun
Or feel the joy it brings.
Then again
You also feel no pain.
Throughout all your sufferings
This might just be a gain.
So who knows, is being numb good or bad?
Is being numb better than feeling sad?
Is it better to feel nothing at all?
To hear the birds instead of feel the fall?
Do all these questions even have an answer?
Or is being numb just like having cancer?
I dont know,
So dont ask me.
It isnt fair
Because truthfully
Im just numb.
