This is one simple thought
That simply means grow up.
It suggests you change your mood.
It tells you to change your personality,
And not do what you usually do.
It means to hold in your screams,
And suck up your tears.
All the while knowing what your greatest fear is.
That someone will come with a sharp and pointy pin.
To prick you, then stand back, and watch the waterworks begin.
And while your sucked up tears sadly begin to flow,
You realize that the pricker is a friendly foe.
Then your eyes that were once sad filled,
Change to hatred for wrong.
For the person who stands before you
Has been telling you to suck it up all along
