A heatwave struck New York. It was "surface-of-the-sun-in-hell-fused-with-every-volcano-in-the-world" hot! Celine was wearing a mint green camisole with a short denim jeans with her hair tied to a topknot ponytail and underneath her outfit was a strapless swimsuit. "Ya heard it right here folks. This heatwave is the biggest that New Yorks has ever experienced with tempuratures rising at 102 degrees!" Celine switched the radio from AM to FM and Stitches by Shawn Mendes was playing. "It's so hot!" She looked at the air conditioner which was in full blast. "How?!" Loki was on the sofa watching The Roadrunner and Wil.E Coyote on the TV. "How are you not sweating with this crazy heatwave going on?!" She saw his pale skin with a light blue tint. "I forgot to tell you that I happen to be part Frost Giant." Celine fell next to his side. "Are you fricken serious?!" He nodded. Her phone chirped. "It's a text from Max. She texted: 'So hot 😩 can't stand heatwave and in a bathtub with all the ice in my freezer' "Lucky her." An idea floated in her head. "Loki, the heat may have gotten to me but you and I are going to Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Water Park!"
"I wish to go this park of water."
"Great! Let's go!"
*Time skip due to intense heat and frolicking near a fire hydrant spraying water in the streets.*
"We finally made it!" They went into the water park to encounter everyone with the same idea to beat the heat. They went down several water slides ate ice cream and went to one of the pools. "Get ready to be cooled off!" Celine jumped in getting Loki wet in the process. She came up to the surface moving her wet hair back. "I feel so much better." Celine and Loki spent the whole day there with the feeling that the heat never bother them anyway. (A/N: Sorry I just had to sing that last part though)
