Break Out

Family

 With the first shots fired, a shootout began! Hunter, Stephanie, Paige and Dean stayed together, as they shot at the Police. The shootout seemed to last forever, both sides refusing to back down, realizing this wasn't going to end anytime soon Dean and Paige knew it was time to be killed by Reed! Breaking away from Hunter and Stephanie, they went after Reed, everyone watched as they fired, but just missed him and he shot back, hitting and killing both of them. Hunter, Stephanie, Roman and Seth screamed their names seeing the blood leave their bodies, before they fell to the ground.

 Using this distraction, the Police managed to gain the upper hand over The Authority and finally arrested them, it wasn't easy though, but soon all of them; including Hunter, Stephanie, Randy, Wade, Kane and Show were taken into custody. During the commotion, Roman and Seth had tried and failed to reach Dean and Paige at first, finally after pushing their way past the other Officers and Authority members they reached the spot where they had fallen. Both froze, on the floor were two pools of blood, but no bodies! Confused, yet hopeful that meant they were still alive, they rushed outside and looked around for Reed. Seth spotted him by an ambulance and told Roman, before they rushed to him, he turned to them smiling.

 "Nice job in there Agents!" Reed praised them.

 "Where are they?" Roman demanded, tears in his eyes.

 "Are they alive?" Seth asked, tears in his eyes too.

 "Dean and Paige?" Reed asked, they nodded. "Why don't you ask them yourselves!" He said smiling, as he motioned towards the ambulance.

 Roman and Seth looked at each other, before slowly they went to the open doors of the ambulance and again froze as their tears fell silently. There in front of them, sitting on two stretchers were a very much alive and uninjured Dean and Paige! As the EMT finished checking them out, they turned to see Roman and Seth, they smiled sadly.

 "Hey Two-Tones, hey baby boy." Dean greeted them, as they got out of the ambulance and stood in front of them. "Come here."

 Without saying a word, Roman took Dean in his arms, while Seth took Paige into his and they held them tight. After being unable to hold them for so long and relieved they were both okay Roman and Seth cried. After hugging Dean, Roman than hugged Paige, while Seth hugged Dean, Reed watched them smiling. When the hug ended confused about what happened Seth spoke.

 "We saw you die! How are you okay?"

 "Easy Two-Tones!" Dean replied smiling, as he grabbed one of the vests; still rigged with the blood bags, and held it up showing them.

 "As we speak the rest of The Authority members are being taken into custody!" Reed announced proudly.

 "The rest?" Roman asked confused.

 "That's right! Thanks to Dean and Paige, at the same as we raided this warehouse, all across town raids led by other Agents went down successfully at Authority buildings. And thanks to them the evidence we have against the family is enough to make sure none of them get out this time! As of right now, I can finally and happily say that The Authority is no more!"

 "What about Dean and Paige? What happens to them?" Roman asked.

 "Nothing! As far as the case goes, Dean and Paige don't exist! They won't be associated with the family and that means they're free! As far as The Authority goes, well...they saw Dean and Paige die, so that means they won't come looking for them!" Reed answered.
