“This is so not fair. How can you expect us to want to stay with this person who the Ministry say we have to marry?” I shouted as I stood on the Gryffindor table glaring at Kingsley and Snape.

“Holly. Sweet sweet Holly. You need to accept what”

“Don’t even try it Kingsley. Sweet sweet Holly is only ever used to get something from me. Ginny has a boyfriend who is Harry freakin Potter. Ron has Lavender who is his girlfriend. Neville has Luna and they are happy together. I have my boyfriend who I will not be leaving for some stupid thing the Ministry have come up with. How can you expect us to leave the ones we love to get married to ones we may hate.” I shouted.

“Conners is right. We don’t want this stupid law.” Parkinson shouted as Slytherin cheered her on.

“My father will hear about this.” I shouted then burst out laughing with the rest of Gryffindor. “Sorry I had to just try that once.”

“Very funny Miss Connors.” Snape said as he smirked at me.

 “I’m serious Kingsley, my father will hear about this. I’m sure Hogwarts and the Ministry would struggle to keep open if let’s just say money is cut short.” I said then smirked back at Snape.

“Who knew Gryffindor had an actually Slytherin at the heart of them.” Malfoy shouted out as Slytherin started laughing.

“Shut up Malfoy. I wouldn’t get on her bad side not with who she is dating.” Hermione said as she stood next to me glaring at the Slytherin’s.

“I am sorry Miss Connors but threatening the Ministry won’t work anymore. We have learnt from last time. I can not change the law now it has already been sent.” Kingsley said.

“Fine but if I end up with someone I don’t like, you better watch yourself Kingsley. Sleep with an eye open or maybe two. It was only my boyfriend being imprisoned last time, now it is to do with my life. It won’t be like last time.”

“Thank you Miss Connors.” Snape said as he actually smiled.

“It will be worse. A hell of a lot worse.” I said then jumped off of the table. “Now if you excuse me. I have a call to make.” I watched as Harry helped Ginny step down of the table whilst Hermione just jumped down and stood next to me. “Kingsley is taking me away from you. Please don’t let him do this to us.” I said then let tears roll down my face.

“Perfect. He will fall for it. Go get him Holly.” Ginny shouted as I skipped out of the hall.

Draco’s POV

“Fine but if I end up with someone I don’t like, you better watch yourself Kinglsey. Sleep with an eye open or maybe two. It was only my boyfriend being imprisoned last time, now it is to do with my life. It won’t be like last time.” Connors said as she stood there glaring at Snape.

“Thank you Miss Connors.” Snape said as he actually smiled at her.

“It will be worse. A hell of a lot worse.” She said then jumped off the table. “Now if you excuse me. I have a call to make.” Connors smiled at Granger as she jumped down and stood next to her. “Kingsley is taking me away from you. Please don’t let him do this to us.” Connors said as tears rolled down her face. Wow she was a good actress, she nearly had me fouled. She nearly fouled me, Draco Malfoy.

“Perfect. He will fall for it. Go get him Holly.” Weasley shouted as Connors skipped out of the hall.

“What the hell happened? I think we need to know why the Minister needs to keep an eye open when he sleeps.” Blaise shouted out.

“I believe I will have to explain. Since I was the only one there who actually was able to see everything.” Granger said as she walked over to where Snape was stood. “It was the night after Voldemort was killed.” People gasped as they heard his name.

“It’s just a name. Get over it already. Carry on Granger.” I said as I was interested in this story.

“It was the night after he was killed. Holly had vanished and we hadn’t seen her all day. Everyone was worried that she had been attacked or worse killed. Next thing we know, a very annoyed and angry Holly stepped out of the fireplace, shouting about how her boyfriend was going to be imprisoned for saving her’s and Professor Snape’s lives. She was talking so fast that all we actually heard was his name and a time. We didn’t understand until we followed her and ended up in one of the courtrooms. Holly demanded that he was set free but they said he had killed an order member to save a death eater. They couldn’t see that he had risked his life fighting that order member to save Holly’s life. Holly took it on herself to make a distraction so he could get away but that is where it happened. Holly attacked not just one person, she attacked 20 out of the 21 members that were in the courtroom at the same time. I was the only one she didn’t attack. It didn’t make sense to me until I saw the necklace around her neck glowing. The present her god father had given to her when she was 2 months old was controlling her. Spells flew out of the necklace and hit several members of the courtroom and they all dropped to the ground dead. No one could disarm her, she was too powerful. A member of the order grabbed ahold of Holly’s house elf and stunned her. No one knew that the house elf had a heart problem until Holly turned and snapped out of her trance. The necklace was slowly draining everyone of their powers, which meant Holly was gaining Magic. She was tortured that night by an unforgivable spell. It broke the necklace and everyone regained their magic. The soul that was in the necklace entered Hannah’s body. They had to kill her to kill the soul. Her mother died that night and Holly couldn’t do anything about it because he held her back.” Granger said as tears rolled down her face.

“Thank you for telling everyone the story of how they killed my mother. You forgot one thing Mione. You didn’t tell them who it was that killed my mother.” Holly snapped as she stood at the entrance of the hall with her hand on her hip and her wand pointed at Potter. “Harry, Ron, Neville are you going to tell them. What about you Kingsley? No no I’ve got it. Professor Snape why don’t you tell them.”

“Miss Connors please calm down.” Kingsley said.

“Calm down when the son of that thing who killed my mother is in this room. You expect me to calm down.” Holly shouted as she turned her glare from the Gryffindor to the Slytherin table. “Zabini would you be happy to watch Ron’s father kill your mother. To watch as your enemy killed your mother. What about you hay Nott?”

“Holly Connors don’t you dare cut of a call like that again. I was worried sick something had happened to you.” A lad said as he stormed into the hall.

“Malfoy I would like you to meet my boyfriend. Marcus Riley, the one who stopped me saving my mother from the curse your father sent at her.” Holly hissed as she stood next to me leaning close to my ear.

“My father.”

“The famous Malfoy’s win again. Even if you won the war being on the light side you still had to take out an order member to make it feel like the Malfoy’s are still powerful.” Holly said as she hugged me then kissed my cheek.

“Holly I think we need to get you some air.” Marcus Riley said as he pulled her away from me. The Marcus Riley was the boyfriend of the girl I loved ever since 3rd year. How dare my father kill her mother and make her hate me even more.

“Marcus what are you doing here?” Holly asked as her eyes glazed over.

“I think we will leave the sorting to another day don’t you think Minister.” Professor Snape said as Holly was dragged out of the room by Marcus.
