I took off the bra and panty set to put my normal clothes back on. I put the set on the hanger and walked back out towards Callie.
"I love it. I know Calum definitely will too," I smiled. She clapped.
"That's great. Go up and pay for it, then," she ushered me towards the cashiers at the counter. It would be so awkward if I had a male cashier, so I tried to get a woman cashier.
I stood in the line that had a woman as the cashier, but right as I was about to pay, she went on break and a man slightly older than me walked out to the place of the cashier.
I placed the set on the counter, and he picked it up. He rang it up and smirked at me as he placed it in a bag, "nice choice. I bet this would look amazing on you."
"I have a boyfriend," I muttered as I handed him money. He nodded and rolled his eyes.
I walked away from the counter with my bag and walked towards where Callie was standing at the door of the store.
"That was so awkward!" I exclaimed, walking out of the store.
"What happened? I saw you talking to the cashier."
"Yeah, he started flirting with me, telling me that I would look great in that. Then I told him I had a boyfriend, and he rolled his eyes."
"Oh my god.." She began laughing. I rolled my eyes, and we walked away from the store.
We went back to our apartment after we were done in Victoria's Secret. We would just spend the rest of the day there, what was left of it. It was late afternoon by then.
When we arrived at the apartment, I walked back to my room and put everything away that I had gotten, including the bra and panty set. I strolled out to the living room and sat on the couch with my phone in my hand.
I took do not disturb off, and I instantly had over one hundred notifications. I looked at Callie who was sitting at the table. Her eyes grew wide in amazement at how many dings my phone made.
"What happened?" She wondered.
"I have over one hundred notifications.. And that's just from when I turned my 'do not disturb' on until now!" I exclaimed in astonishment.
"Wow. Are they still notifications from the fans tagging you in things?"
"Yeah, it's weird. I'm going to actually look at the pictures they're tagging me in. I want to see what's so important."
I unlocked my phone by putting my password in, then I got onto Instagram. Some of the comments were: "@lilliana_harris 😔😭". I was confused.
I clicked on the picture, and it popped up as a picture of Calum, but he was holding the hand of another girl. They were outside of the recording studio. I began crying. Each of the notifications was from someone tagging me in that photo.
I sighed, not knowing what to do. I commented on some of the photos, "I'll beat his ass😡 He's not getting away from this easily." I got comments back encouraging me. The fans sure did love Calum, but if he did something wrong to me, they were on my side. For some reason, they really liked me.
"CALUM THOMAS HOOD YOU GET YOUR ASS OVER TO MY APARTMENT RIGHT NOW😡😒" I sent him the text.
He replied soon after, "ok.. Ily baby idk what I did but I'm sorry. I'll be there in 5💕😘"
Callie saw me crying. She walked over to me and crouched down beside me. She pouted, asking, "are you okay? What happened? Are the fans giving you hate?"
"No.. It's Calum," I told her, turning my phone to her and showing her the picture. She gasped.
"I'm so mad right now.. I don't know what to do. Calum's coming over," I informed her.
"Okay. Good. You need to talk to him about this. If you don't yell at him, I will. Nobody hurts my best friend."
"Thanks Callie.. But I was thinking I could use the punishment you were telling me about today."
"Oh," she smirked, "I'd like to see his reaction to that.."
"Definitely," I nodded.
I got something to eat for dinner, and I checked my phone even more, seeing all of the comments people were tagging me in, comments on the pictures I had already seen.
Callie and I both sat on the couch for a while. Calum said he'd be over in five minutes and surprisingly, it had only been two minutes. I sighed. I wanted to talk to him about this. He was not going to get away with this easily. I couldn't believe the pictures, though. I knew they weren't photoshopped.
Callie and I talked about what I would say to Calum. I wanted to confront him, but I also just wanted to talk to him about it. I didn't want to make him feel completely bad about it because I don't feel that doing that is right. I need to confront him and talk to him about why he did what he did.
"I have no idea why he'd do that, though. Also, he said in his text that he didn't know why I was mad. He's either playing dumb or he really doesn't know what I'm talking about."
"He definitely knows what you're talking about. How could he not? He was holding that girl's hand, and he was really close to her. Maybe he wouldn't know because a fan secretly took the picture. I don't know."
"That's true, yeah. I just hope that he isn't with someone else. I really do love him, Callie. He's so amazing. I don't want to lose him."
