Today was a day that Calum was supposed to spend with the boys, but I had spent the night at his apartment the night before, and Callie showed up right as I was getting ready to go back to our apartment.
I was talking to Calum briefly before I was going to leave when I heard screaming coming from near the front door.
"IM SORRY, OKAY?! I SWEAR I DIDN'T-" I heard Michael scream.
"YOU DID! I SAW YOU WITH MY OWN EYES!" Callie fought back.
"I would never! You know that!"
"I can't trust you, Michael.. I just can't. I'm sorry," I walked out from the hallway and saw Callie stand there and fold her arms.
"What's going on?" I asked and got a sigh from Callie as Michael began to explain.
"Don't listen to him.. He's a liar," Callie scoffed.
Michael groaned as he explained, "Callie thought I was cheating on her because she thought she saw me with another girl, but she didn't."
"I know you were cheating. I saw you with another girl, and I'm sure of it."
"Okay. I'm done arguing. It doesn't matter. Whatever you want to do, Callie, will be okay with me.."
"Do you know what I want?" Callie put her hand on her hip.
"What do you want, Callie? Whatever you want, I'll do it."
"Fine. I want you to stop being with other girls and to stop lying. If you do that we won't break up."
"But I wasn't with another girl! And I'm not lying," It looked like Michael was about to cry.
"My point proven," Callie swung open the door to the apartment and stomped out, slamming the door behind her. I could hear her running out to her car.
"Lilliana, could you please talk to her?" Michael begged me. I heard her car start and speed away.
"I don't know what I'd say.. I wasn't there when this all happened. I can't pick a side if I wasn't there to see it.. I'm sorry," I apologized. Michael's head fell as he sluggishly sauntered back to his room.
I looked at Calum, and he sighed. We both knew that this would effect us. With their relationship now broken, Callie would be sad. She'd be lonely and want to spend more time with me. I did not want that to happen.
Then I remembered her saying that she liked Luke. Maybe I could get Luke to talk to her about this. She'd either get back with Michael or start something with Luke.
I strolled into Luke's room, then told him what had just happened since he had heard it too. He wondered why I was telling him.
"Luke, I wanted you to talk to Callie.. Maybe you could talk to her a little about this since you're a guy. Maybe you could talk to her about Michael a little. I don't think I'd have the right advice for this situation.." I sighed.
"Okay," he smiled, nodding, "I'll talk to her. Where is she?"
"She just left, and she went to our apartment. You know where that is, right?"
"Yeah, I'm pretty sure."
"Thank you, Luke. This means a lot. I really don't like seeing her like this, so I'm glad you could help," I smiled.
"You're welcome, Lilliana. Anytime."
I walked back out of his room and he walked out behind me. He went towards the door of the apartment while I went into Michael's room, where Calum was trying to help Michael.
I sat on the bed next to Michael and put my hand on his shoulder. He looked up at me with tears in his eyes.
"Why does it have to be like this, Lil? Why?" He cried, "I swear I wasn't with another girl. I would never. I love Callie.."
"Why would she say that she saw you with another girl?"
"I have no idea. I might've been talking to another girl, but she was just a friend.."
"I remember when I accused Calum of cheating on me. I saw pictures of him holding another girl's hand. He explained to me what was going on, and I was okay with it. I understood. Maybe you need to explain to Callie what happened?"
"And I got to see you in lingerie because of it," Calum smirked at me. I slapped his arm playfully, telling him to shut up.
"Okay.. I'll try to explain to her. But I don't know if she'll listen," he pouted.
"If she doesn't listen, give her a little while. She may just need to calm down. Try to call her now, and if she doesn't answer, call her in about two hours maybe? Okay?"
"Okay," Michael nodded.
I walked out of Michael's room behind Calum. I heard Michael dialing his phone in his room after we were both out of it. We walked into Calum's room, and I began to talk to him.
"I sent Luke to Callie's and my apartment... I don't know how this will turn out," I sighed.
"We'll see. Everything will turn out okay, I promise," Calum smiled and put his arm around me as we lay on his bed, enjoying each other's company.
