Graduation :)

I wake up to a tap on my shoulder. I grunt and wave them away. "Hey, if you wanna make it to graduation you need to go get ready."

This wakes me up and I fly up. "I don't have my gown or anything yet!"

Jace chuckles and hands me my gown and cap. I take them from him and smile.

He smiles back. And we exit the bus. I walk to my car and Jace follows. "Can I come to your apartment?"

"Yeah, I'll meet you there?"

He nods and leaves me to go to his car.

I get in and drive home.

When I get home I grab my duffel bag and empty it. Shortly after I put everything I took away Jace knocks.

I walk over to the door and swing it open. "Why knock you could just.." My eyes widen in shock. "Dad?"

He chuckles nervously. "I asked your friends where you lived. They told me. And actually they recognized your brother and so they knew who is was and gave me the address."

I smile and jump into his arms. "I'm so glad your here! I didn't actually expect you to come!"

"I couldn't miss it for the world!"

I smile at my dad, "I missed you so much daddy."

He smiles back and then Jace appears at the door. He must've felt his presence because he turned around and shook Jaces hand. "Jace ma'boy! How's it going?"

Jace laughs, "good. I came by to help Paris get ready."

I laugh now too, "come in guys. I don't wanna stand outside."

They come in and Jace and I sit on the love seat while my dad sits in the chair. "So, have your speech?"

I blush and nod at my dad. "Can't wait to hear it."

Jace smiles too, "me either."

I laugh and then look at the clock on the wall, I have to be at the school in 20 minutes. I jump up and run to my room leaving two confused men behind. I grab my cap and curl my hair quickly then I put my gown on over my jeans and t-shirt. I don't bother with makeup and I grab my speech before running back to the living room and stopping in front of them. "Who am I riding with?"

Jace looks at my father and my father nods. Jace stands up and walks over to me. "I will, lets go."

I nod and look at my dad before running into his arms. "Thanks for coming daddy, see you later. Ill find you afterwards." I whisper before following Jace out the door.

When we get to the school I walk into the auditorium and I'm immediately met by my principal. "Paris, have your speech ready we start in 10 minutes."

I nod and walk over to my chair. I'm the fifth person to walk. The salutation is Clare. She also has a speech. Mines more important though. ;)

I sit here for a few minutes before I see my dad and Leroy and who I think is his wife walk in and find a seat and shortly after my mom and Jeff come in. Next I spot Jace and he's staring right at me. I blush and smile. He blushes too for getting caught and smiles back. Then I realize I'm really stupid. We have to walk in and I'm sitting in my chair. I feel my face pale as I dash out the side door toward the classroom we are supposed to meet up in.

"PARIS!" My friends scream as I enter. I smile and scream too, this time for fun. "WE ARE GRADUATING!! Oh my gosh! This is so awesome!" Emi says after we've calmed down.

Sel begins to say something too but we are called to line up and start walking. I blow them kisses and go to the front. After a few minutes to get situated we start to walk and that takes us about 7 minutes. (Small class)
