20. Confession

So.. I'll leave?

I threw myself on my bed and burried myself on my pillow. Without me realizing, the pillow got wet.

The tears had escaped. I suddenly felt there's something stuck in my heart. I could breathe but it seemed like i can't.

So is this the end? I have to leave everything behind? I have to leave?

I had so much to think about, but what i could think is only him.

I mean.. we have to be seperated again? Isn't it too cruel?

I heard a lot of knocks, and no doubt it was my mom.

"Sweetie, are you okay?"

"I-i'm okay", i answered, tried my best not to stutter.

"Really?"

"Mm", i answered shortly.

After that there's no sound anymore. I let my tears go down freely. I covered my mouth so i didn't wake up anyone, including my mom.

I couldn't sleep, and my eyes became really red.

I had gained a lot of friends. They made my life even more colourful. And that Taehyung walked into my life again after we're seperated, it made my life even more meaningful.

And then i have to move and leave all of these behind?

I really didn't have any choices, did i?

I tied my shoelaces and was about to step out from my house when suddenly i saw a note on the door.

'Are you okay? Last night you acted differently, that's why i was worried. By the way, don't forget to pack your things up because we'll move on Sunday. Even though i don't know when, i promise we will go back to Korea :) Mom will come back home at midnight, you don't have to stay awake for me alright? Study well while you're here alright? Love you.

I smiled slightly and then i walked out to the school.

"Juhyun-ah!", Mina and Seulgi suddenly ran towards me.

"I've heard from Mina yesterday, that you'll leave", Seulgi said as i was a bit confused.

"How did you know?"

"Your mom told me.. She asked us to take care of you while you are here", Mina answered me then she lowered her head.

"Is it true?", Mina asked with a bit tears in her eyes.

I suddenly felt really sad that i have to leave my friends. I nodded but i immediately smiled.

"Don't worry. I'll be back here, no worry", i said and patted Mina's back while hugging her.

I saw Taehyung from afar and then i whispered Mina, "don't tell Taehyung about it".

"Waeyo??", Seulgi and Mina asked in chorus.

"You have told him??", i asked back.

"Well, not yet.. Only Seulgi, Jieun, Miyoung, and me who know", Mina said.

"Don't tell him. I don't want him to get hurt"
